TERMS AND CONDITIONS Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding Tasmanian residents) aged 18 years or over. Entries into the promotion open on 04/06/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 17/06/2025 (“Promotional Period”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. A participating store is any in-store and online Bottle Mart or Sip N Save located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Product (defined below) and displays advertising material relating to this promotion during the Promotional Period (each a “Participating Store”). To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $30 or more in a single transaction on any Sapporo products (“Eligible Product”) at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an entrant for their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request such materials. To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit www.bottlemart.com.au or www.sipnsave.com.au (depending on where the Qualifying Transaction was made), and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, full mailing address, phone number, email, and date of birth), upload a copy of their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted regardless of the amount spent in excess of $30 in the Qualifying Transaction; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and (c) a maximum of two (2) entries per person per day per Participating Store is permitted. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipts for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The draw will take place at Coopers Brewery, 230 Regency Road, Regency Park, SA 5010 on 24/06/2025 at 11:00am AEST in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within (7) days of the draw and the winner’s details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at https://bottlemart.com.au and www.sipnsave.com.au from 01/07/2025. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults to Sapporo during Sapporo’s annual Snow Festival in Hokkaido, Japan valued at up to A$15,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes: • Two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan; • Transfers between New Chitose Airport (Sapporo) airport and hotel for two (2) adults; • Five (5) nights twin share 4-star accommodation; and • AUD $2,000 cash which can be (but is not required to be) used to enhance the winner’s holiday. For example, if the winner would like to include a Tokyo, or Niseko leg to their trip, this spending money can be used for domestic, transfers, lift passes, meals etc. The Sapporo Snow Festival runs between 04/02/2026 and 15/02/2026. If the winner does not travel during this time, the winner will miss the Sapporo Snow Festival component, however the prize, and total value of the prize will otherwise remain the same. Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 17/06/2026 and is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. For clarity, the winner’s travel companion must be aged 18 years or over. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
