Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.

Employees (and their Immediate Family, as defined in this section) of the Promoter, Participating Retailer (as defined below), and agencies associated with the Promotion, are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Eligible Products
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, an Entrant must:
during the Promotional Period purchase, in a single transaction, two (2) or more Golden Products (as defined below) from Coles supermarket nationally or Coles Online ("Participating Retailer") that
stocks Golden Products and
displays advertising material featuring the Promotion ("Qualifying Transaction"); and
receive and retain a purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.

How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

Visit winwithgolden.com.au ("Promotional Website") by either scanning the QR code on advertising material featuring the Promotion or by visiting the Promotional Website directly
Follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and input the requested details (including their first name, surname, email address, mobile number, post code and state)
Upload a copy of their purchase receipt, and select and add each of the Golden Products purchased on the entry page.
Entries Permitted
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Golden Products purchased in that transaction); and
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Instant Win
Once an online entry form is submitted each Entrant will be notified instantly on screen whether or not they are Instant Minor Prize winner.

A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address specified by the winner.

Winners will be deemed provisional winners until verified. Winners of an Instant Minor Prize will be eligible for the Major Prize draws subject to Major Prizes clause.

Instant Win Prizes
There will be three hundred (300) instant win minor prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period based on predetermined winning times as selected by an approved computerised random system. The first valid entry received on or after each winning time will be deemed the winner of that prize.

Each prize is a $100 Coles e-gift card ("Instant Minor Prize"). The total Instant Minor Prize pool is valued at $30,000.

Major Prizes
There will be four (4) weekly major prizes of a VISA e-gift card valued at $10,000 each ("Major Prize").

There will be four (4) draws conducted to determine the winners of each Major Prize. The draws will take place at 1:00pm AEST at

For each Draw Date (as outlined in the table below) entries close at 11:59pm AEST on the day prior to the Draw Date. Only entries received between 12am and 11.59pm AEST during any particular Promotional Week (as defined in the table below) prior to a Draw Date will be included in the draw for that particular Draw Date. Subject to this clause, all valid entries are included in the Major Prize draws.

Winners of a Major Prize will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners will be deemed provisional winners until verified. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn.

Total Prize Pool
Total prize pool value is $70,000. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

Winner Notification
An Instant Minor Prize winner’s last name, first initial and post code will be published online at the Promotional Website within 30 days of their entry.

A Major Prize winner’s last name, first initial and post code will be published online at the Promotional Website within 30 days of their name being drawn.

Unclaimed Prizes
A draw for any unclaimed Major Prize will take place on 01/08/2025 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and post code will be published online at Promotional Website within 30 days of the date of draw for any unclaimed prize.

Conditions of Entry
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule).

Valid Entries only

Incomplete and indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Proof of Purchase

Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt as proof of the Qualifying Transaction. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an Entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipts must clearly specify the store of purchase (if applicable), that Golden Products were purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. Any sharing of receipts, or multiple use of receipts, will result in all entrants submitted using that receipt being invalidated.
