To enter, participants must be a member of the Priceline Sister Club. Priceline Sister Club members must purchase any product within the Dermaveen range during the Promotional Period and either:
a) scan their Priceline Sister Club card in store at a Priceline Pharmacy during the transaction; or
b) complete the transaction online at www.priceline.com.au (Site) and be logged into their Priceline Sister Club member account. Each Valid Entry will constitute one (1) entry into the competition.

There are a total of twenty five (25) individual major prizes (Major Prizes), made up of 40,000 Sister Club Points each. Each individual Major Prize is valued at $500 and the total value of the 25 Major Prizes is $12,500.

Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to Priceline Sister Club members who are residents of the Relevant States aged eighteen (18) years or over (Entrants). Employees (as well as their immediate family members) of the Promoter, retailers, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
To enter, participants must be a member of the Priceline Sister Club. Priceline Sister Club members must purchase any product within the Dermaveen range during the Promotional Period and either:
a) scan their Priceline Sister Club card in store at a Priceline Pharmacy during the transaction; or
b) complete the transaction online at www.priceline.com.au (Site) and be logged into their Priceline Sister Club member account,
(each, a Valid Entry).
Each Valid Entry will constitute one (1) entry into the competition. A Valid Entry transactions exclude purchases of gift cards, Prescriptions, Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines. Entries that have been obtained by or through fraud or other illegal activities are deemed invalid.
It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure that their details, including their mobile number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date. Only members with a valid email and opted in to receive marketing communications (Email and/or SMS) will be eligible to enter.
Members may submit an unlimited number of entries. Each Valid Entry will constitute one (1) entry into the competition.

Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via email only no later than 48 hours after completion of the Draw.
If the email address of the Winner is incorrect, the Winner will be disqualified and a new Winner will be drawn in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Redraw.

The Unclaimed Prize Redraw Winner will be notified via email no later than 48 hours after the Redraw Date.
Prize Delivery
The Major Prize will be automatically applied to the Winners’ Sister Club account by 28 August 2025, or within 28 days of the Redraw Date if the Prize is unclaimed. The Priceline Sister Club Points will be automatically redeemed into Priceline reward vouchers which can be used in store and online. All reward vouchers will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date the voucher is issued. If the Prize is not redeemed within 3 months from the date it is issued, the Prize is forfeited.
Terms & Conditions
1. The Schedule and these Terms & Conditions govern the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotional Period and prior to the relevant Close Date.
3. Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries.
4. The use of automated entry software or other mechanical, electronic or other means that allow an
Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries
submitted by the Entrant invalid.
5. Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will also be deemed invalid if they
breach these Terms & Conditions or any other content guidelines notified by the Promoter.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an
Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant.
Prize Draw
7. The draw to determine the winner (Winner) for the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details.
8. The Winner will be notified as specified in the Schedule.
9. The Winner’s last name, first name initial and postcode will be published online within 7 days of the relevant Draw Date or Redraw Date if applicable, for 28 days. It is a condition of entry into the Promotion that the Winner consents to the publication of such information and participates in any media releases which may include photographs of the Winner by the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, Entrants consent to the use of their names and likenesses in this manner. However, subject to applicable State and Territory legislation, a Winner may request that their name and postcode not be so published.
10.EntrantsareresponsibleforallexpensesincurredwhenenteringthePromotionandaccessing,claiming and/or using the Prize (unless otherwise stated on the Site).
11.AsthePromotionisagameofchance,andsubjectotherwisetotheseTerms&Conditions,skillplaysno part in determining the Winner and each valid entry will NOT be individually judged. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. The Winner will be confirmed by the Promoter.
12. ThePromoter’sdecisionisfinalandnocorrespondencewillbeenteredintowithEntrantsregardingthe decision.
13. IfaWinner’sentryisdeemedorfoundtobeinvalid,thePromotermayredrawtheWinnerin accordance with the Schedule.
Prizes
14. ThePrize(s)arespecifiedintheSchedule.THEPRIZEISNOTTRANSFERRABLEANDNOTREDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
15. IfanyPrizeisunavailableandthePromoterhasusedallreasonableeffortstoarrangethePrize,the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Claiming Prizes
17. ThePrize(s)mustbeclaimedbytheRedemptionDateinaccordancewithanyclaiminstructionssetout in the Schedule, or it will be deemed forfeited by the Winner. The Promoter may require the Winner(s) to provide relevant evidence in order to claim the Prize, such as proof of identity, age, and any relevant proof of purchase.
18.IfanyPrizeremainsunclaimed,aseconddraworselectionforthePrizewilltakeplaceinaccordance with the Unclaimed Prize Redraw section of the Schedule, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The alternative Winner, if any, will be notified in accordance with the Schedule.
