SPEND IT LIKE IT'S TAX TIME!

Eligibility:
Spend It Like It’s Tax Time (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://www.jerichoroadclothing.com.au/pages/competitions. The Sweepstakes is open to residents of Australia & New Zealand, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Jericho Road Clothing (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules:
By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should direct all questions, comments or concerns related to the Sweepstakes solely to the Sponsor.

Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday 17 June, 2025 at 10:00AM AEST and ends on Monday 23 June, 2025 at 6:00PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.jerichoroadclothing.com.au/pages/competitions and passing any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. To be eligible to win, entries must fulfil all requirements as specified by the Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. You may not enter more times than permitted by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices. Any attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

Prizes:
The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the Spend It Like It’s Tax Time prize pack. Exact prize details will be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. All prize-related expenses, including any taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor and will be notified shortly after the competition closes. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of the award notification, an alternate Winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for email filtering or incorrect contact information provided. Compliance with all rules and regulations is required to receive the prize. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification.

Rights Granted by Entrant:
By entering this Sweepstakes, You grant the Sponsor the right to use your entry, name, likeness, image, and any submitted content for promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity without compensation, unless prohibited by law. You warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any other party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jericho Road Clothing from any third-party claims related to your entry.

Terms and Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of technical failure, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Automated entries are not permitted.

Limitation of Liability:
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Jericho Road Clothing and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, unauthorized intervention, lost entries, or any errors in administration or processing.

Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction in Australia. No claimant shall be entitled to claim punitive or consequential damages.

Winners List:
To request the name of the Winner, please contact the Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
