This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

Employees of Telwater, affiliated partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must submit their full name, email address, phone number, postcode and a story of their favourite memory on the water
One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will not be counted.
Entries must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 23rd June 2025 and ends on 1st August 2025
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Winner Selection
The winner will be voted on by the Quintrex team.
The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection.
Prize
The prize is valued at approximately AUD $28,000 and includes:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via email and phone by 15th August 2025.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
Use of Entries
By entering, participants consent to Quintrex using their submitted stories and photos for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Participants grant Quintrex a royalty-free, perpetual license to use their submissions for these purposes.
Liability
Quintrex is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may prevent entry.
Quintrex will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance and use of the prize.
Privacy
Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used in accordance with Quintrex’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Modifications and Termination
Quintrex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
