Age Restriction
Entrants and any companion(s) (if applicable) must be 16 years old or over. Entrants under 18 years must obtain the express permission of a parent or legal guardian prior to entering this Promotion. Parent or legal guardian may be required to accompany that entrant and any companion(s) (if applicable) when using the Prize. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian on behalf of that entrant and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the Prize.
Promotion Period
Start: 2:00AM (Sydney Local Time) on Wednesday June 4 2025 End: 4:00PM (Sydney Local Time) on Thursday July 17 2025
Pre-Order Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must follow the prompts on the Site to:
(i) pre-order the Alex Warren release entitled “You'll Be Alright, Kid” (“Release”) on one of the following order formats offered on the Site:
a. CD format (A$25.00);
b. Vinyl format (A$100.00); and/or
c. Digital Download format (A$5.00);
(“Eligible Product”).
(ii) follow the prompts on the Site and register an entrant’s first name, last name, phone number, state, email address, address and order number; and
(iii) accept the Promotion Terms and Conditions
in order to receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. The Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw in accordance with the Prize Draw details below.
By entering these details on the Site an entrant acknowledges they are entering into the official mailing lists as outlined on the Site (optional) and accept the Promotion Terms and Conditions (compulsory).
Maximum Number of Entries
Unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
Entrants may enter the Promotion more than once, subject to each entry being submitted separately with a different order number and must independently comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions. Strictly limited to one (1) purchase of the Eligible Product per order number.

● Two (2) x Meet & Greet tickets to Alex Warren’s show on Tuesday 19 August at Auckland Town Hall, Auckland (retail value approx. A$469.8 per Prize)

● Two (2) x Meet & Greet tickets to Alex Warren’s show on Tuesday 26 August at Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena, Adelaide (retail value approx. A$469.8 per Prize); or

For the avoidance of doubt, there is one (1) Prize available to be won for each show, and a Prize Draw will take place for each show. Entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw that corresponds with the address associated with their Eligible Product order number. Prizes will be allocated in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.

Winner(s) will be announced on the Prize Draw Date on the Promoter’s website located at https://warnermusic.com.au/ and will be contacted via the details submitted in their entry (‘Contact Details”).
 Prize Claim Date
Prize must be claimed within one (1) week of the Winner Notification Date. If a winner has not claimed the Prize within the Prize claim period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date at the Prize Draw Location to award the Prize to another entrant.

For the avoidance of doubt, no transfers are included as part of the Prize and Prize winners must make their own way to and from the venue.
