The promotion period commences on Friday 27 June 5pm and ends on Sunday 20 July 5pm
AWST (Promotional Period) and the Promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion end
date at any time (subject to regulatory approval).
Eligible entrants: To be eligible to enter the promotion the entrant must:
a) Reside in Australia
b) Are aged 18 or over
c) Must have subscribed to Cockburn Gateway VIP Database or updated current subscription
details during the promotion period
How to enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must fill out and submit the online entry form and
the Cockburn Gateway Member Program subscription form with all requested
details, answering the subscription questions and providing all other requested
information.
If already subscribed to the Cockburn Gateway Program, instead of re-
subscribing, you must update your details on the online subscription form,
including by answering the subscription questions and providing your name,
address and all other requested information.
No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incoherent entries will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits
an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers
with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any
stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
If a phone call, SMS or MMS is required, it will be charged at the prevailing rate of
service.
Entries

You can enter the Promotion only once during the Promotion Period. Entry must be
submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Additional entries will be accepted if participants have followed @cockburngateway, liked or
commented on our Instagram handle.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them in order, in case a
winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

Prize Conditions
By entering the promotion you acknowledge that you are able to satisfy the country's
conditions of entry. If you are unable to satisfy the relevant conditions of entry you
acknowledge that the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.
Total Prize Pool: The total prize pool is valued at $2,650.
Prize Draws: The Prize Draw will be conducted on Monday 21 July 2025 at 10am AEST at GPT Level 51, 25
Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, as follows:
The winner with a valid entry subscription drawn will win the prize as described above. The results
of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about the results
of the draw. This is a game of chance and the winner is determined by chance.
Notification of
winners:
The first initial and last name of the winner/s will be published on the Promoter's website at
cockburngateway.com.au within 7 days of determining the winner.
Prize Claim Date: Prizes must be claimed by 5pm on Thursday 31/7/2025
Unclaimed
Prizes:
If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified that they have won the promotion, if
the winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter, or the winner is not readily identified, and
reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to contact or identify the winner which were
unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to
conduct an unclaimed prize draw. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10am AWST
25/7/2025.
The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prize.
The winner/s of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email and telephone by 5pm Friday
25/7/2025.
The name of the winner/s will be published on the Promoter's website at cockburngateway.com.au
by Monday 28/7/2025.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be
entered into in relation to the results of the draw.
The Promoter will distribute the prize/s to the winner/s within 28 days of the unclaimed prize draw.
