TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Promoter is Stan Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 94 168 856
924) of Level 22, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the
winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon
individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent
creation by the entrant and must not infringe, or be alleged to
infringe, any third-party rights. Entries must not have been
published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any
other competitions.
Employees, directors, officers and staff of Stan Entertainment
Pty Ltd (Promoter) and agencies associated with this promotion
are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate
families.
4. 5. To be eligible to enter the competition, entrants must:
a. b. be Aged 18 years and over and reside in Australia;
are able to take delivery of the Prize and agree that their
last name, initial of their first name and postcode can be
published on the Winner Publication Site if they are
selected as a Winner, subject to clause X of the terms and
conditions below.
To enter, entrants must:
a. Complete and submit the online entry form accessible by
clicking the link via an the email sent to them by Stan, or
through Stan website and or social media pages or via the
following hyperlink [outlander.winwithstan.com.au], and
input the requested details including name, mobile phone
number, postcode and valid email address.

6. Only one entry is permitted per person via 25 words or
less. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity
of entries.
The winner and their Selected Companion must have a valid
passport and be available to travel from July 25 to August 3
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant
submitting an entry which, in the sole opinion of the Promoter,
does not comply with these terms and conditions, includes
objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity,
nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or
defamatory images or language. The Promoter’s decision will
be final, and no correspondence will be entered into with any
entrant.
All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter and
agencies associated with this promotion.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the
competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its
control.
The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any
attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result
in an immediate cancellation of the prize.
The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize. In the event
that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then
that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash
will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
9. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of
the prize for a prize of equal value at their discretion.
10. Once the prize has been confirmed by the Promoter, the prize is
deemed non-transferrable.
11. On acceptance of the competition prize, the winner
acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the Promoter’s
terms and conditions.
12. The prize is a trip for two to Los Angeles (LA) in the U.S.A.
Prize includes:
Return economy flights for two (2) people (the winner and
their Selected Companion) from your nearest capital city
to Los Angeles, United States of America
b. 5 x nights of accommodation (minimum 3 stars) in Los
Angeles
2 x tickets to the Outlander: Blood of my Blood premiere
(screening only) in Los Angeles on 28 July 2025 (LA time)
for the winner and their Selected Companion. The tickets
do not include walking the red carpet.
d. $1,000 USD of spending money to use during the trip, in
the form of a Visa gift card.
Return ground transportation/transfers from the Los
Angeles accommodation to the premiere event, to be
arranged by the Promoter.
Total prize value is up to AUD $13,000
14. Before the potential winner and their guest are confirmed, they
must:
a. have a valid passport;
b. secure an ESTA Visa;
c. be eligible to travel to the US under US law; and
d. be available to travel July 25 to August 3
15. For prizes that include travel, the following conditions apply
a. The winner may select one person to travel with them and
participate in the prize (Selected Companion). Only the
winner and their Selected Companion may attend the
events and use the flights, transfers and accommodation
featured in the prize.
b. The accommodation (at a minimum 3 star rated) included
in the prize is for the winner and their Selected Companion
in one standard room with a queen sized bed and does not
include separate rooms for each participant.
c. Once the winner is selected by the Promoter, the winner
must provide all information and documentation necessary
to the Promoter to enable the Promoter to book and
organise elements of the prize.
d. The Prize is subject to the winner and their Selected
Companion being free and able to participate in the prize
and travel during the times specified above (including
having a valid passport and any necessary visas or
permissions to travel overseas).
e. Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included in
the prize:
transfers between the airport and accommodation
and to and from the events (unless specified in
clause 12 above);
meals or beverages;
all ground transport (unless specified in clause 12
above);
baggage fees;
insurance (health, travel, medical);
room service, laundry service or additional hotel
services;
incidental expenses;
gratuities, tips and service charges; and
any other costs or expenses not listed in the prize
above.
If the residence of the winner is the same as the location of
the Prize, Stan is not required to fulfil the flight component
of the Prize.
A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check-in for
incidentals.
Tickets are non-transferable and no name changes
allowed. Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable
and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights
and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the
winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the
same time, and they cannot be split across different time
periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified
prize package (including travel extensions, additional
guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250
excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking
confirmation.
Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the
Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights,
accommodation, or scheduling arrangements are at the
expense of the winner and their travelling companions.
Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s
Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The winner and
travelling companions must travel at the same time and
are responsible for transport from their residence to their
nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.
Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the
promoter’s absolute and final decision.
Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any
reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of
running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of
emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster,
tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the
right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject
to any written directions from a relevant regulatory
authority.
m. The winner must obtain their own travel insurance and
proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
16. Winners may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and/or
any other releases required prior to attending the premiere.
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or
consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or
sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by laws.
18. Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 10 July, 2025. Entries
close 11:59pm AEST on 20 July, 2025.
19. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have
accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and
acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the
Promotion and to claim the prize if they are a winner.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter
may use the entrant's names and literary pieces for any commercial
purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity
purposes.
21. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications
may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
22. If for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at
the time stipulated by the Promoter, and/or is not able to travel at the
time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash
will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
23. Entries will be judged by the Promoter by 12:00pm AEST on 21 July,
2025, and the winner will be notified by the Promoter via phone or
email.
24. Winners must respond within 24 hours of being contacted in order
to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the
allocated time frame, the Promoter will award the prize to another
valid entrant.
25. By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to their last
name, initial of their first name and postcode published on the Stan
website if they are selected as a winner. However, the winner may
request that Stan does not publish their name and postcode and Stan
agrees to comply with such request.
26. All entrants consent to have their contact details (first name,
surname, email address) released to the Promoter and consent to
receiving ongoing marketing material and correspondence from the
Promoter. Entrants also consent to the Promoter posting any entries
on its social media account(s) and platforms.
27. The information you are asked to provide to the Promoter is personal
information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The
Promoter will not disclose this information to other parties other than
in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and in accordance with
the Promoter’s privacy policy.
28. If there is a dispute between the Promoter and an Entrant, the
parties must, without delay and in good faith, attempt to resolve any
dispute which arises out of or in connection with this Promotion prior
to commencing any proceedings. If a dispute is not resolved within 30
days of submission of the dispute by a party to the other party, the
dispute must be submitted to mediation in accordance with and
subject to the Australian Disputes Centre rules and guidelines (that
are current at the time). A party must not commence proceedings in
respect of the dispute unless the dispute is not settled by mediation
within 30 days from submission to mediation or such other time as the
parties agree.
29. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant
Australian jurisdiction/s in which each Entrant resides, and each
Entrant and the Promoter submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of the relevant State or Territory.
