Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who:

are aged 18 or over; and
can take the major prize in October 2025 to attend the Bledisloe Cup on 04/10/2025 in Perth, Western Australia.

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

the Promoter; and
the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Where will the competition run?

The competition will run in participating Big W (excluding Big W Market) stores (including online at www.bigw.com.au) which are displaying promotional material in Australia (Stores).

Qualifying Purchase:

Spend $5 or more on the following participating product/s from a Store, in one transaction:

Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your original itemised purchase receipt (Receipt); and
visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase Receipt, and providing all other requested information, to see if you have provisionally won an instant win prize and to enter the major prize draw.
For the avoidance of doubt, whether you win an instant prize or not, you will receive 1 entry into the major prize draw.

Your Qualifying Purchase must show on one Receipt only.

Your purchase Receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).

You must keep your Qualifying Purchase Receipt for verification purposes.

Receipts must not be tampered with or manipulated/altered in any way. If, the Promoter reasonably suspects, based on the information available, that a Receipt may be tampered or altered/manipulated, you will be asked for further information to allow the Promoter to validate your Receipt. If the information you provide does not establish the validity of your Receipt (to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction) or you fail to provide such information in the timeframe reasonably requested, the Promoter may invalidate your entry/ies.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 101 winners determined in respect of this competition – 100 instant prize winners and 1 major prize winner.

Instant win

There are 100 instant win prizes to be awarded based on pre-determined times during the Competition Period selected by a computerised random system at 111/87 Gladstone Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3025.

Major prize

There will be 1 major winner determined in respect of this competition.

There will be 1 draw conducted.

The draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on 14/08/2025 at 111/87 Gladstone Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3025.

The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including previous instant winning entries) will win the major prize.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

What can I win?

There are 101 prizes available – 100 instant win prizes and 1 major prize.

Instant win prizes

There are 100 instant win prizes available.

Each instant win prize is a $50 Big W e-gift card.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Big W e-gift card are not included. Redemption of the Big W e-gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the Big W e-gift card located at www.bigw.com.au/gift-cards.

Major prize

There is 1 major prize available.

The major prize is a trip for 2 to attend the Bledisloe Cup in Perth, Western Australia on 04/10/2025 valued at up to $5,000 depending on the winner's place of residence. See "Travel prize" section below for further prize details.

Travel prize

If you win the major prize, your prize will be a trip for you and 1 companion to attend the Bledisloe Cup in Perth, Western Australia on 04/10/2025, which includes the following for you and your companion:

return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to Perth, Western Australia. However, if the winner resides in Western Australia, the winner and the Promoter will work together to agree upon appropriate alternative travel arrangements (which may be, for example, by air, train, road, or otherwise);
2 nights' accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel or equivalent in Perth (twin share or similar) (as determined by the Promoter);
2 Category A tickets (one for you and one for your companion, valued at $249.90 each) to the Wallabies v The All Blacks match, including the Wallabies warm-up prior to the match, at Optus Stadium, Perth, Western Australia on 04/10/2025; and
$500 spending money, for the winner only and awarded via EFT to the winner's nominated Australian bank account (which the winner may wish to use towards transfers and incidentals).
In addition to any other applicable terms and conditions imposed by the relevant prize supplier/s or organiser/s, by accepting and taking the major prize, the winner and their companion must comply with the terms and conditions set out at www.rugby.com.au/ticket-info/terms-of-admission.

The major prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.

By accepting or participating in the major prize you accept, and must ensure that your companion accepts, these Terms and Conditions.

If you win the major prize, the Promoter will work with you to determine which travel dates you prefer to take the prize. Either, the travel period of 03/10/2025 – 05/10/2025 (inclusive) or 04/10/2025 to 06/10/2025 (inclusive).

For the avoidance of doubt, the major prize winner and their companion must travel together to take the major prize, and must make their own way to and from the departure point/return point at their own expense.

If you win the major prize, and your companion will be under 18 years of age (a Minor) on and from the date the prize is awarded to you, you:

will be responsible for the Minor and must accompany the Minor in connection with this promotion and the prize; and
must ensure the Minor complies with these terms and conditions,
at all times, including when the Minor takes part in the prize.

Total prize pool

The instant win prize pool is $5,000.

The major prize pool is up to $5,000.

The overall total prize pool is up to $10,000.

How many times can I enter?

You can enter up to 4 times per household (based on residential address) during the Competition Period, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per Qualifying Purchase Receipt.

For the avoidance of doubt, there is a limit of 1 entry per Qualifying Purchase Receipt.

Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

If you are an instant prize winner, you will get a return online message acknowledging your entry and informing you if you have provisionally won an instant prize and if so, details on how to verify your entry and claim your instant prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, the validation period for an instant win prize is 4 business days. Instant win prizes will be delivered via email. Allow up to 10 business days from validation to receive your instant win prize.

The major prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 20/08/2025 for a period of 28 days.

Proof of purchase

You must keep your itemised purchase Receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries.

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.

If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.

Unclaimed prize/s

Major prize claim date: By 5pm (AEST) 10/09/2025.

Unclaimed Major prize determination: 12pm (AEST) 11/09/2025 at the same location as the original draw.

If the major prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the winner (or the winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the major prize to a Reserve Entrant and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the major prize amongst valid entrants. Any such winner will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 18/09/2025 for a period of 28 days.

Instant win prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) 17/09/2025.

Unclaimed/unwon instant win prize draw: 12pm (AEST) 18/09/2025 at the same location as the original draw.

If an instant win prize is un-won during the Competition Period or has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner of that prize (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed and un-won instant win prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the instant win prize/s amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed or un-won prize. Any such winner/s will be informed in writing by email within 7 business days of determination.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 10/10/2025.

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a major prize winner, you and your companion must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent, and must ensure your companion consents, to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity. Where your companion is a Minor, you must consent on their behalf, and acknowledge and agree that you must be able to consent on their behalf.

The Promoter may collect your/your companion's personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your/your companion's personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companion's personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companion or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy (see https://au.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-policy), if an entrant elects to opt in to receive marketing materials from the Promoter by ticking the relevant box on the online entry form, the Promoter may use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant, provided that, in relation to any electronic messages, where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition. The entrant will be able to opt out at any time.

These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Entry
Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). You will receive an on-screen message confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
Prizes
Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:
validity period/s;
booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;
conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, health and safety requirements and applicable dress codes);
conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;
travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
a requirement that any Minor accompanying the winner must be accompanied by the winner at all times, with the winner being responsible for the Minor's conduct and safety at all times; and
a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.
You/your companion are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, etc. Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner must keep their tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.
Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. In that case you/your companion forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity and the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
General
Any material failure by you or (if applicable) your companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).
For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities.
If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you/your companion must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements). You must ensure that you/your companion are healthy and fit enough to take the prize. You/your companion must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies.
You/your companion must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you or your companion do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.
If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
You must not:
tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);
engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
breach any law; or
behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
You are responsible for your companion and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or your companion if they materially breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
If you (or your companion, if applicable), in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.
If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
By entering, you request that your full address not be published.
Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter's control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
