Open to Australian residents aged 18+. Entries close 7 August 2025 at 11:59PM (AEST). Major winner must be available to travel between September 20th - 21st 2025 and attend the Comicon event in Sydney. Major Prize includes return economy flights, 4 nights’ accommodation, event tickets and $1000 spending money.

Competition commences: 7 July 2025 at 09:00 AM (AEST).
Competition concludes: 7 August 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEST).

The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) tease the promotion prior to the competition start date;
(ii) amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion including to close the competition within the Competition Period;
(iii) terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.

4. Entrant Eligibility

a) Open to Australia residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
b) Only one prize can be won per person per promotion.
c) To be eligible to enter, the entrant must be able to participate in and/or redeem the prize. To be eligible for the Major Prize travel must be taken to coincide with Comicon Sydney on September 20th - 21st 2025. If winner is unable to travel during this period, then prize will be forfeited entirely, and a new winner will be judged.
d) Multiple entries are permitted, provided entrants only enter once per itemized receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately with a separate receipt, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Proof of Purchase – the following documentation forms part of a valid entry:
e) Qualifying Purchase Receipt: the Qualifying Purchase receipt must clearly specify:
i. the participating product purchased;
ii. the participating retailer of purchase;
iii. the purchase date;
iv. the receipt number; and
v. that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full.
5. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, Entrants may enter the Promotion by:

a) Purchasing a participating Superman product from a participating retailer (“Qualifying Purchase”);

b) Collect and retain a copy of the purchase receipt from the Qualifying Purchase;

c) visit the Promotion’s website: https://wbdcpanz.com.au/superman-x-eb-games-comp

d) complete the online entry form including all the necessary contact details and include the unique receipt number featured on the purchase receipt;

e) in 25-words or less answer the following question: “What does Superman mean to you?”

f) Each entry submitted in the above specified Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter.

g) The Promoter will select one [1] Major Prize winner that it believes, based on valid registrations received:
a. meet the entry restrictions; and
b. originality, creativity, authenticity uniqueness.

(b) The Promoter will select one (1) Major Prize winner entry over the Promotion Period that it deems to be the “best” (in its absolute discretion) based on the above criteria from all valid entries received within the time period specified to receive the prize.

(c) The entry deemed the “best” will be awarded the Major Prize.

(d) Minor Prize winners will be determined in descending order based on the “next best” valid entry as judged individually based on the above criteria.

(e) This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
6. Judging

After the close of entries, each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter at the Promoter’s premises) based on, among other things, originality, creativity, authenticity and uniqueness.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and published at https://wbdcpanz.com.au/winners within three (3) weeks after the close of the Promotion Period.
Winner’s must claim their Prize within three (3) days from the date the Promoter notifies them. After which, the prize will be forfeit.
Winners may be contacted by representatives of the Promoter or the Prize provider Performance Entertainment Management.
8. Prize(s) Detail

Major Prize: There is one (1) Major Prize to be won by one (1) valid winner consisting of a trip to the 2025 Sydney, Australia Comicon for two (2) people including:

Tickets to Comicon (for 2 people) valued up to $139 total
Return economy flights from nearest capital city to the maximum value of $4,000
4 night’s accommodation (minimum 3.5 star) up to $1800
Sydney Skywalk valued up to $200
Hijinx Hotel activities valued up to $90
$1000 spending money paid to winner via EFT
Total Major Prize pool valued up to: $7,229

Minor Prize: There is up to twenty-five (25) minor prizes to be won for double In-Season passes to the Superman Theatrical movie (valued at AU$50.00 each)
Total minor prize pool valued up to: $1,250.00

Total Prize pool value: up to $8,479.00

If the Major Prize winner resides in NSW then the winner will be responsible for getting to and from the event, no flights will be provided.

Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
9. Prizes Delivery

Prizes must be claimed within three (3) days of being contacted by the Promoter as a deemed winner.

Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter prize(s) must be claimed by the prize claim date above. If the prize(s) has not been claimed by the prize claim date above, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the winner (or the winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the Prize will be forfeited by that person. If the Prize is forfeited, it will be offered to the next best valid entry judged in accordance with the criteria set out above.

Winners may be required to prove their identity and show evidence as documented on their birth certificate, driver’s licence or passport before any prize is rewarded.

If the prize has been arranged for a certain time/date then the winner must be available to take this as specified by the Promoter. If the winner is unable to facilitate this, then they may be required to forfeit the prize.

The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.

Electronic Transfer. Where the prize(s) involves spending money, it will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer within 28 business days. This may take up to 4 weeks to show up in the winning contestant’s nominated bank account.
Mail or Email – Where the prize/s involves a voucher or tickets, the prize/s may be provided to the prize winner/s by the prize provider and can be delivered to the winners residential address via mail or delivered via email.
Travel. Where the prize/s involve travel, the prize must be claimed by winners providing the Promoter or Promoter’s nominated travel agent, the full names of the travellers as per their passports, their dates of birth, passport numbers and scanned copy of passports (as required).
Collection of prize – The winner(s) will be advised by the Promoter how to collect their prize.
10. Special Conditions

Travel Special Conditions:

a) Travel must be taken to coincide with Comicon Sydney on September 20th/21st 2025. If winner is unable to travel during this period, then prize will be forfeited entirely, and a new winner will be judged.
b) All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
c) Winner must be aged 18 or over.
d) Children under 10 and under 90cm tall are NOT permitted on SKYWALK.
e) Winner to provide banking details for EFT.
f) Accommodation is based on two (2) people sharing one (1) room.
g) A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals. Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner.
h) All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time, and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $350 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
i) Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation, or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
j) Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The winner and their travelling companions will be responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport. Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
k) Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
