Terms and Conditions

        Entry is open to Australian residents only, 18 years or over (excluding residents of Northern Territory). No more than 20 litres of alcohol will be won by New South Wales residents. Once 20 litres of alcohol has been won by New South Wales residents, cash will be awarded in lieu of the remaining alcohol prize. The Promoter will require winners to provide proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter encourages consumers to drink responsibly. Guidelines are available here.
        To enter, individuals must, during the competition period, visit www.mindfood.com follow the prompts on the competition entry page, input the requested details including the answer in 25 words or less to the following question “What is your favourite local restaurant and why?” and submit the fully completed entry form.
        Competition commences on 23/06/2025 AEST. Entries close 10pm on 27/07/2025 AEST. The judging will take place at McHugh Media Australia Pty Ltd, 102/4-14 Buckingham Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 by 22/08/2025 by 12pm AEST. Winners will be notified by email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
        The Promoter has two cases of Elephant in the Room’s Pinot Noir cans to giveaway, valued at $156. Total prize valued at $312.
