Permanent residents of Australia who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions and can travel to the USA to take the prize.
Entry Method
To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 1. Visit www.todayshow.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question, “Why should
your family experience the magic of Disneyland Resort?”; and
4. Submit the fully completed entry form.

Winner Determination
Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on 28/07/2025 at 10:00am AEST. The Winner will be the Entrant who has most creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days from the judging date.
Prize
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a trip for four (4) people to Los Angeles, California valued at up to AU$20,806 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
● 4 x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane only) to Los Angeles;
● five (5) nights hotel accommodation for up to four (4) people sharing one standard room at a Disneyland Resort hotel or Disneyland Resort area hotel in California selected by the Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; and
● 4 x 4-Day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Ticket for Disneyland Resort in California.

Special Conditions
Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 31/07/2026 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays

or other peak periods.
Promotional seats allocated to the winner of this prize for travel are limited, and there may be times your reservation cannot be made on your preferred dates. United Airlines will use reasonable endeavours to ensure you are able to travel on your preferred dates but is unable to guarantee this.
Any additional flights or amendment to travel outside of the travel will be at Winner’s own expense.
Travel can be redeemed by the Winner only and may not be transferred to any other person, including family members. In circumstances where ‘pair tickets’ (two tickets) have been won, they must be redeemed at the same time with the same itinerary.
Where the Winner fails to claim the travel by 31/07/2026, the Winner will not be entitled to a refund or credit note for the travel.
The Walt Disney Company (Australia) Pty Ltd and each of its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not otherwise responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Promotion.
At the conclusion of the Competition, the Promoter will supply to the Prize Supplier or its nominated agent the contact details of the winner(s) to enable the Prize Supplier or its nominated agent to contact the winner(s) and effect fulfilment of the Prize(s).
The Prize Supplier or its nominated agent must contact the winner(s) (including via email where applicable) within 10 business days of receiving their contact details from the Promoter in order to organise supply of the Prize(s).
The Winner must liaise with the Prize Supplier or its nominated agent to complete the Prize bookings no less than 90 days before intended departure.
To the extent permitted at law, the Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers. The Winner and their guests must comply with the terms and conditions as set forth on the theme park tickets. A theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for each member of the Group. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. The Winner will be responsible for making theme park reservations on behalf of their group. Park reservations are limited and subject to availability. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction or offering. The Winner and their guests should visit https://disneyland.disney.go.com/experienceupdates/ for important details to know before travelling to a Disneyland Resort. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings may be modified, limited in availability and capacity, or be closed. Any damaged or stolen theme park tickets or travel vouchers will not be replaced.
In the event any member of the Group engages in behaviour that, as determined by the Prize Supplier in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to the Prize Supplier’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the prize package, the Prize Supplier reserves the right to terminate the prize package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Group home with no further compensation. The Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.
United Airlines' liability is strictly limited to the provision of the air transportation component of the Prize only. United Airlines is not responsible for any other elements of the Prize package, including but not limited to accommodation, park tickets, or ground transportation. Winners and guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Airlines from any claims arising from participation in this promotion or use of non-flight elements of the Prize.

All flights must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel. United Airlines’ Contract of Carriage applies to all prize travel. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Once ticketed, any changes to flights will incur United Airlines' standard change fees plus any fare difference. United Airlines is not responsible for any costs associated with changes.
