Terms of Entry
Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEST on Friday 25 July 2025 until 11.59pm AEST on Tuesday 30 September 2025 (‘Competition Period’) through the Promoter’s website:

Competition entries can also be made through scanning the QR codes found on the in store advertising material.
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
Entry is conditional upon purchasing any 2 items from the Schick Women’s Range in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse or Epharmacy and entering via the methods listed above. You must be able to provide proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers, subject to the following conditions:
only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period; and
Who May Enter
The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
The Competition is not open to:
Employees of the Promoter.
Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
Any immediate family members or any of the above mentioned parties.
Prize
1 major prize winner will win a festival experience in Palm Springs, California USA for the winner and 1 adult companion valued at up to AUD $30,000 which includes the following:
2 x return economy flights for 2 from the winner’s nearest capital city to Palm Springs, USA.
Return private transfers from the airport to accommodation in Palm Springs, California USA.
4 nights accommodation at JW Marriot Desert Springs resort and Spa, twin share room (breakfast not included).
3 day VIP festival tickets with shuttle passes included for 2 people.
AUD $3000 spending money in the form of an international Visa Debit Card.
Total Prize Value: $30,000 AUD.
Prize conditions:
Both the winner and companion must be 21 years or over by the conclusion of the competition period OR 18 years and over accompanied by a legal parent or guardian (aged 21 years or over).
The Winners must be available to travel on dates determined by the promoter (expected to occur in April 2026).
The winner must have a valid passport and meet the American tourist visa requirements to travel to the USA.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the visa debit card are not included. Redemption of the visa debit card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the visa debit card.
For avoidance of doubt, any travel provided by the promoter requires that the winner and companion must make their own way to and from the winner’s closest Australian capital city airport at their own expense.
The prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines, including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize must be taken on the dates specified by the promoter or the prize will be forfeited. By Accepting or participating in the competition, entrants, the winner and your companion accept these terms and conditions.
Selecting the Winner
The Competition winners will be selected by 3.00pm AEST on Wednesday 1 October 2025. 
The Competition winners will be randomly selected by the digital team using random number generator software. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm AEST.
The Competition winners will be notified by phone call and email by 5.00pm AEST Wednesday 1 October 2025. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winner within one month, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter. 
If within 28 days after the determination of the winners of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winners, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winners.
If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Wednesday 29 October 2025 at 10.00am AEST at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish these details (last name, first initial and postcode) on the below sites on Wednesday 29 October 2025 by 5.00pm AEST. The re drawn winners will be contacted in writing on Wednesday 29 October 2025.

A person purporting to be the prize winners may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements. 
Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish the major Competition winners details (last name, first initial and post code) on the following websites on Wednesday 1 October 2025 and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.

Privacy and use of personal information
In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and winner’ name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.
Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition.
Cancellation clause: If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. 
The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations, and travel documentation. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Exclusion of Liability
The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from a winner receiving a cash prize and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice. If, for GST purposes, this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition. Permit No: SA - T25/458 ACT – TP 25/00620
