Competition opens 12:00pm AEST on Monday, 28 July 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 3 August 2025 (“the Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 15 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Supanova Pop Culture Industries Pty LTD, Pet Circle, and associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are ineligible to enter.
If a winner is under 18, they must have permission from their parent or guardian to enter the competition and receive the prize.
There are four (4) Pet Circle x Superman prize packs to giveaway;
a) The prize pack contains one (1) of each of the following items:
– 1x Pet Circle limited edition Superman 2025 Dog or Cat toy (valued at a maximum of $32.99);
– 1x Superman 2025 Tote Bag (valued at $20.00)
– $50 in Pet Circle Store Credit
b) Total prize pool valued at $411.96.
c) Prizes are not transferable for cash.
d) Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Pet Circle store credit are not included. Any unused balance of the Pet Circle store credit will not be awarded as cash. The winner must have a Pet Circle account to redeem the store credit.
This promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period and include a creative answer in 25 words or less to “What would your pet’s supaw power be and why?”, first and last names, age, a valid email address, valid postal address, and phone number.
One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.
Winners will be selected after 10:00am AEST on Monday, 4 August 2025 and notified through the email address provided.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
The judges’ decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners’ entry details, including name and postal address, may be given to Pet Circle and/or their agencies to facilitate prize dispatch.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter and Pet Circle.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter and Pet Circle (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f) use of a prize.
Pet Circle and each of its respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Competition.
