Olivia Sheed Leather Pant Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter is Olivia Sheed, ABN 71629942409, based in Woodend,
Victoria, Australia.
2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of
Olivia Sheed and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway opens on 22 July 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 30
July 2025.
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete and submit the sign-up form via the
official competition landing page. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive their choice of one pair of Olivia Sheed leather
pants, valued at AUD $749.
6. Prize Conditions:
○ Prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
○ Exchanges for a different size are permitted, subject to availability.
○ No returns or refunds will be accepted unless required under Australian
Consumer Law.
7. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn at random on 31 July 2025 and notified via
email on the same day.
8. Claiming the Prize: If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new
winner may be drawn.
9. Forfeiture: If for any reason a winner does not claim their prize within the timeframe
specified by the Promoter, the prize (or any unclaimed element of it) will be forfeited, and
no cash or alternative will be offered in lieu.
10. Technical Issues: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or
misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or any other
reason.
11. Entry Integrity: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to
disqualify any entry deemed to include objectionable content, profanity, potentially
defamatory or offensive material, or to have been submitted fraudulently (e.g. using bots,
false email addresses, or multiple entries). Disqualification may also apply to any entrant
who tampers with the process or behaves in a manner damaging to the reputation of the
competition or brand.
12. Privacy: By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Olivia
Sheed. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Decision Finality: The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered
into regarding the competition result or winning entries.
14. Social Media Disclaimer: This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered
by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other digital or social media platform
used to promote it
