TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Start Date: Open Date: 09:00am AEST on Monday 4th August 2025. End Date: Close Date: 6:00pm AEST on Thursday 14th August 2025.

Eligible entrants: Permanent residents of Queensland, aged 18 years and over who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions.

Entry Restrictions
Re-entry restrictions for previous winners:

Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, a winning Entrant must wait for the specified period before being eligible to win future Prizes of any category under a competition run by the Promoter:
● previous winner of a prize valued up to and including $200: no waiting period
● previous winner of a prize valued from $200.01 to $5000: three (3) months; and
● previous winner of a prize valued above $5000: six (6) months.
For example, this means that if You win a prize valued above $5000, you must wait 6 months before you will be eligible to enter any other competition run by the Promoter.
The Promoter may request proof of identity from You if it reasonably believes that You are a previous winner of a prize and the abovementioned exclusion periods have not elapsed. The Promoter will request proof of identity for any winner of a prize valued above $5000.
Entry Method
1. To enter this Promotion, Entrants must, complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. Head online to register their details to be into the draw to win one (1) of four (4) x major prizes
Maximum Entries
Multiple entries are permitted, but an Entrant can only win a prize once.
Winner Determination
Game of Chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winner.
Winners will be drawn in a random draw at the end of the competition period.
Number of Winners
four (4) x total winners will be drawn at the end of the competition period
Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified by a member of 4BC’s prize team within 2 - 3 business days from the judging/draw date.
Only those who have been drawn as a winner will be contacted to advise of their prize.
Prize: Each winner will win one (1) x $500 dining voucher. The voucher will be available for collection as advised by 4BC staff. Prizing can be posted to the winner however 4BC does not take any responsibility for Australia Post and if the prize goes missing cannot be replaced.
Min total prize pool is valued at $2,000.
Unclaimed Prize Winner Notification
The winner of the Unclaimed Prize will be notified by 4BC Marketing within 6 months from the Unclaimed Prize Date.
Special Conditions:
The prize is a $500 dining voucher and must be used in accordance with the voucher's terms and conditions. Vouchers may not be available for use at some restaurants and it is the winners responsibility to ensure that they can use the voucher at their selected restaurant before dining. 4BC does not take any responsibility for vouchers not being accepted at certain venues and/or for certain dining dates and times.
Any costs associated with the use of this prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
