TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), HPX Pty Ltd (“Sponsor”), and their associated agencies and companies and any Prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 Winners must be able to participate in the prize as stipulated in clause 4.1, to be deemed a valid winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Wednesday 30th July 2025 at 5.30am (AEST) and
concludes on Thursday 31st July 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 For entry details, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network (“the Network”) between 05:30am to 09:00am during the Competition Period from Wednesday 30th July 2025 to Thursday 31st July 2025. There will be a competition segment featured during the Program (or any replacement program broadcasted by Seven in the relevant timeslot) throughout the Competition Period, which will display information on how to enter.
3.3 In order to enter, viewers must:
a) Visit the Sunrise Competition website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode), email address, mobile phone number; and
b) Submit an answer to the competition question, “In 25 words or less, tell us who gave Harry Potter his first birthday cake and why your family deserve this getaway?”
3.4 Entries must be received by Thursday 31st July 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST).
3.5 Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish.
3.6 The entry must be:
a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
b) written in English; and
c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.7 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The Prize Winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Prize Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.8 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.9 Neither the Promoters nor Sponsor are responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
3.10 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total who will be awarded the following:

4.2 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative Prize.

4.3 The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance or redemption of the Prize, or this Competition. Independent financial advice should be sought by the Winner prior to accepting the Prize. Prize values are correct as of date of printing. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for change in prize value between now the ultimate prize redemption date.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable or refundable.
4.5 In the event that an element of the Prize outlined in Clause 4.1 above is, for any reason, cancelled, postponed or not available, that element(s) of the Prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, a Winner does not take an element of their Prize within the time period stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
4.6 In participating in the Competition, the Prize Winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Prize Winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Prize Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.7 The Prize Winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize provider and the Promoter’s requirements.
4.9 The Prize Winners must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.10 Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Prize travel must be taken before 31st October 2025. In the event that a Winner is unable to complete the Prize travel by this date, they will be deemed invalid and forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
4.11 The Prize requires the Winners to confirm travel dates with the Promoter by 31st August 2025. If the Winner does not confirm by this date, a re-judging will take place to reallocate the Prize to a valid Winner.
4.12 The Prize Travel must not take place on or between the following dates: 24th to 25th October 2025.

4.14 The accommodation element of the Prize will constitute of Two (2) double beds in One (1) shared room. Room will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
4.15 Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers.
4.16 The Winners and their travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
4.17 During the entire duration of the Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
4.18 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
4.19 The Prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
4.20 Air tickets are economy class and available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. The Promoter has the right to determine the airline carrier at its discretion. In the event that a Winner requests a specific carrier, not offered by the Promoter, any subsequent or additional fees and taxes, if applicable will be the responsibility of the Winner. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on
the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.21 The Winners and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
4.22 Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Prize description, are not included. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Prizes become the responsibility of the Winners.
4.23 The Winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
4.24 The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.25 Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling cannot be changed without incurring extra fees. The Promoter and the Sponsor do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these fees/costs will be borne by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
4.26 The Promoter, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
