Terms and Conditions:

1. Introduction

1.1. The following terms and conditions govern the participation in the Subscriber Prize
Draw conducted by Big Red Group Pty Ltd.

1.2 The promoter is Big Red Group Pty Ltd, ABN 86 617 874 718, Level 4/1 Hickson Rd,
The Rocks NSW 2000 (“Big Red Group”), info@bigredgroup.com.au

1.3 Big Red Group wholly owns RedBalloon Pty Ltd and all associated brands, including
“RedBalloon” and “RedBalloon for Business”.

1.4 The competition commences at 8:00am AEDT on 07/07/2025 and ends on 11:59pm
AEDT 31/11/2025.

1.5. By participating in this “RedBalloon for Business” subscriber prize draw, participants
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The prize draw is a game of chance and is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and
above.

2.2. Employees, directors, officers, and affiliates of Big Red Group, as well as their
immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2.3 Participants who unsubscribe from the mailing list before the competition end date may
not be eligible to receive prize draw communications.

3. Participation
3.1. Participation is voluntary and does not require any purchase or payment.

3.2. Participants must complete the online RedBalloon for Business subscriber form in its
entirety via the designated website pop-up to be eligible for the prize draw.

4. Prize
4.1. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants.

4.2. Each winner will receive one (1) $150 RedBalloon Gift Voucher.

4.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
4.4 The total prize pool is AUD $450.

5. Selection of Winners

5.1. Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by Big Red Group.

5.2. The draw will take place on the 01/12/2025. The promoter’s decision is final.
6. Notification of Winners

6.1. Winners will be promptly notified via email within one (1) month of the draw.

6.2. If a winner cannot be contacted within three (3) months or is ineligible, Big Red Group
reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Claiming Prize

7.1. To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification email within one (1) month
and provide their contact details as requested by the Promoter.

7.2. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture and
selection of an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery
8.1. Prizes will be delivered electronically or via mail to the address provided by the winner

8.2. Big Red Group will not be liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed prizes once
dispatched.

9. Modification or Cancellation

9.1. Big Red Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any
time without prior notice.

10. Agreement

10.1. Participation in the prize draw constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

12. Privacy

12.1. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information
in accordance with Big Red Group’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will only be used
