Entrants must submit an entry within the Registration Period to be in the running for the corresponding daily draw. The table in 3.1 provides the Registration Periods for each daily draw. 3.5 Entries are limited to one entry per person per Registration Period throughout the Competition Period. 3.6For an entry to be considered valid the entrant must specify the codeword announced for that Registration Period when entering. If a codeword is used that is not codeword for the relevant Registation Period, it will render the entry invalid. 3.7In the event that a codeword does not go to air for any reason, including but not limited to changes in broadcasting, the prize draw for that entry period will be redundant. Entries received during that entry period will be carried over into the next entry period and the winners for that entry period will be drawn in the following prize draw. 4.PRIZES 4.1There will be Five (5) Winners, one (1) drawn per Registration Period, who will each receive the prize detailed in clause 4.2 4.2 Prize Number Full Details Prize Value Five (5) x Prizes Each Winner will receive the following prize: • One (1) x Family Pass for five (5) adults (Children however are also able to attend with the adult passes) to attend Brisbane Ekka between the 9-17 August 2025 at Brisbane Showgrounds $240.00 TOTAL OVERALL PRIZE POOL VALUE $1,200.00 Total maximum prize pool value for the prize is $1,200.00 (including GST). Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken. 4.3 In accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 4.4 The Winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation. 4.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s requirements. 4.6 In the event that an element of the prize outlined in the above is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to state regulations. 4.7 The Winners will be selected at random and contacted directly by Ansible Pty Ltd via email. 4.8 The Winners will be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter. 4.9 The Promoter may require prize Winners to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 4.10 The promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation 4.11 The prize is not exchangeable. 4.11.1 If a Winner is under the age of 16, at time of winner notification they must nominate a guardian over the age of 18, to receive the tickets on their behalf. They must also attend the Ekka with a guardian/adult over the age of 18. 4.11.2 Prizes will be distributed to Winners via e-mail. It is the responsibility of the Winners to check their email and junk folders for this detail, and to redeem their tickets for their Family Pass via the https://www.ekka.com.au website. Upon ticket redemption, Winners will be able to choose which date between the 9 August 2025 to 17 August 2025, they would like to attend the Brisbane Ekka. 4.12 Once the prize is accepted, the Winner must deal directly with Ansible Pty Ltd as distributer of the prizing. |
