   Participating Venue
The Sports Bar at The Star Gold Coast
Entry Requirements:
   Only persons who are, for the duration of the Promotional Period:
a) aged 18 years or over;
b) residents of Queensland;
c) entitled to access the Participating Venue;
d) not excluded (including an exclusion direction, an exclusion notice or a self-exclusion order) from a casino or premises operated by The Star Entertainment Group Limited (ABN 85 149 629 023) or its related entities including the Promoter (collectively, “The Star Group”);
e) not the subject of a Withdrawal of License from a casino or premises operated by The Star Group;
f) not a director, officer, manager, employee or contractor of any of The Star Group entities; and
g) not an immediate family member (including a sibling, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, spouse, former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, including a step-relation and an adoptive relation) of any person listed in paragraph e) above or of their spouse, former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner,
(“Eligible Entrants”).
A person who does not satisfy any of the criteria for an “Eligible Entrant” for the duration of the Promotional Period or at the time of the draw or any redraw is an “Invalid Entrant” and their entry will be deemed invalid (“Invalid Entry”).
Invalid Entrants are not, or will no longer be, eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion and will forfeit any entitlement to the prize.
  How to Enter:
    During the Promotional Period an Eligible Entrant can enter the Promotion by:
a) purchasing any Guinness product from the Participating Venue. Entrants will receive an entry
form at the time of purchase, while stocks last; and
b) complete the entry form for the Promotion with their personal details (first name, last name
and phone number), and then submit it in the entry box at the Participating Venue by 11.00am on 8/9/25.
   Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
 a) maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
b) each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
Eligible Entrants will only be entitled to receive entry forms consistent with the Promoter’s policies and legal obligations in relation to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports and practises the responsible service of alcohol. The Promotion is at all times subject to the Promoter’s responsible service of alcohol policy. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to serve a person and/or award an entry form if to do so would be inconsistent with the Promoter’s responsible service of alcohol policy.
   Winner Determination:
   Draw:
• The draw will take place at the Participating Venue at 12:00 pm AEST on 8/09/25 (via barrel
draw).
• The first valid entry drawn (that complies with these Terms) and that is not an Invalid Entry
will be the winner of the prize specified below.
• The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an Invalid Entry or Invalid
Entrant is drawn or the entry otherwise doesn’t comply with these terms.
• The winner of the drawn prize is determined by chance.
Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to deem any irregular Entry and disqualify such Entries, including the following:
A. an Entry from a person who is not an Eligible Entrant;
B. an Entry that does not accurately describe the Eligible Entrant’s details; C. an Entry that are fraudulent or forged; and
D. an Entry that appears to have been tampered with.
   Total Prize Pool: Up to AU$12,750.00
Prize:

       The prize is a trip to Dublin, Ireland for the winner and one (1) friend (aged 18 years or over) which includes the following:
• return economy class flights from Brisbane to
Dublin, Ireland (departing 15/03/26, returning
20/03/26);
• return private transfers from Dublin airport to
accommodation in Dublin;
• four (4) nights' twin share 4-star
accommodation;
• Guinness Tour for two people, including a self-
guided tour through seven immersive floors, entry to the Guinness Tasting Rooms, access to the Gravity Bar with a choice of one drink (Guinness, Guinness 0.0 or a soft drink), a second pint as part of a guided session on how to pour the perfect Guinness and a personalised certificate to commemorate the visit;
• travel insurance for 2 people (valued up to $540); and
• AU$1,000 spending money, transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account via EFT.
  Up to AU$12,750.00 depending on the exact point of departure
    Prize Conditions:
       • Travel must be taken from 15/03/26 to 20/03/26. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the dates required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
• Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
• Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
• The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point
(being Brisbane International Airport) and travel together.
• Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the
winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
• The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
• The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports,
and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
• Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
• Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance (other than the
insurance noted as part of the prize), passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.
• The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in at the hotel.
• The winner and their companion(s) will each be required to fully complete a travel insurance
application form provided by the Promoter’s agency, and may also be required to undergo medical tests as required by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, in order to redeem the travel insurance element of the prize. Any person found guilty of insurance fraud or failure to honestly and accurately disclose all relevant insurance information at the time of applying for a travel insurance policy or when making a claim forfeits any rights or entitlements to the travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance will be provided by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, and subject to approval by the travel insurer. In the event that the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer refuses to issue insurance to the winner and/or their companion(s), the winner will forfeit that element of the prize. Travel insurance is subject to the terms and conditions issued by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, including but not limited to any limitations on the covered amount.
   Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by using the contact details on file with the Promoter within seven (7) days of the draw.
General Terms and Conditions
1. These General Terms and Conditions must be read together with the details set out in the table above. By entering this Promotion, you accept these General Terms and Conditions.
2. If an Eligible Entrant is issued an exclusion notice, exclusion direction or self-exclusion order pursuant to the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld) or issued a Withdrawal of License during the Promotional Period or prior to the draw or any redraw, that person will no longer be eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion and will forfeit any entitlement to a prize.
3. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter (in the relevant barrel). Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
