A Participating Store is any Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market or Vintage Cellars located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Product (defined below) and displays advertising material for this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases from a Participating Store are also eligible.

Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry
1. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) Spend $25 or more on any Wild Turkey products (each an “Eligible Product”), in a single
transaction, at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”);
(b) scan the QR code located on the Eligible Product or visit
https://promotions.wildturkeybourbon.com/ and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
(c) input the requested details including first and last name, postal address, postcode, date of birth,
mobile number, upload a copy of the receipt; and then
(d) submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period
2. Eligible Entrants must retain a copy of the receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and produce this within 14 days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. If a staff member does not automatically provide the individual with a purchase receipt for their purchase of an Eligible Product, it is the responsibility of the individual to request one.
3. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights; (c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
4. Only 1 entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent on an Eligible Product in that transaction in excess of $25). Each entry must be submitted separately.  5. The Draw will be conducted at Greeneagle Distribution and Fulfilment, Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby, NSW 2122 at 11:00am AEST on 12/09/25, by way of a random draw. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
6. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win that individual (“the Participant”) the opportunity to play a contingency game ("the Game") for the chance to win the Major Prize (“Major Prize Winner”).
7. The next fifty (50) valid entries randomly drawn will each win a Minor Prize (“Minor Prize Winner”).
8. Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).

  MAJOR PRIZE
9. The Major Prize is the opportunity to play the Game for the chance to win $101,000 cash (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in the winner’s name) (“Major Prize”).
10. The Game will take place at Coles Head office 800 Toorak Rd, Hawthorn East VIC 3123 on 29/10/25 at 12:00PM AEDT. If the Participant resides 200km outside of Hawthorn East, VIC they will be provided with two (2) return economy airfare (for the Participant and a guest) from the Participant’s nearest capital city to Melbourne Airport, VIC, two (2) nights at minimum 4 stars accommodation in Hawthorn East, VIC, return airport transfers to and from the accommodation for two (2) people and $500 spending money, valued at up to $4,070. Meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature (including but not limited to in-room charges) and all other ancillary costs are not included; frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize; the winner must depart from and return to the same departure point; itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion; prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers; and the winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on their behalf provided that the Promoter gives written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant or the nominated proxy before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on their behalf, ensuring that the winner has an equal chance of winning a prize.
11. There will be one hundred (100) numbered game pieces on display at the start of the Game. One (1) game piece will contain a promotional message representing $101,000. The other ninety-nine (99) game pieces will each contain a promotional message representing the Consolation Prize (defined below). The Participant/representative (“Attendee”) must choose only one (1) game piece without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other game pieces on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects the game piece containing the promotional message representing $101,000, then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win the Major Prize. If the Attendee selects a game piece containing a promotional message representing the Consolation Major Prize, then the Major Prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win the consolation prize of $10,000 cash (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in the winner’s name) (“Consolation Prize”).
12. The Participant’s odds of winning the Major Prize are one (1) in one hundred (100). The odds of being drawn to play the Game may be significantly higher than the odds of the Participant winning the Major Prize and will depend upon the number of entries received.
13. The Major Prize Winner is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
MINOR PRIZES
14. Each Minor Prize consists of one (1) AUD$100 Wild Turkey Merch Store Voucher. The Minor Prize is redeemable only online at the Wild Turkey Exclusive Merchandise Shop (https://merch.wildturkeybourbon.com/en-au/).
15. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Wild Turkey Merch Store Voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the Wild Turkey Merch Store Voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Wild Turkey Merch Store Voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Wild Turkey Merch Store Voucher.

       GENERAL
16. Total prize pool (Major Prize and Minor Prizes) is valued at up to AUD$106,000.
17. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
18. If a prize (or any part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
    Notification of Winner
  20. The Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing via email and via telephone and the Minor Prize Winners will be notified only via email within two (2) days of the Draw. Their details will also be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at https://promotions.wildturkeybourbon.com/ on 15/09/25.
21. The Promoter will retain all unclaimed Prize(s) for two months from the date of the Draw. If a Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will re-draw another winner(s) for the unclaimed Prize(s) at Greeneagle Distribution and Fulfilment, Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby, NSW 2122 at 11:00am AEDT on 12/11/25, by way of a random draw (Re-draw). In the event the Major Prize is unclaimed, the Re-draw winner will win whatever prize was selected by the Attendee of the original Game, being either the Major Prize or the Consolation Prize.
22. The winners of the Re-draw, if any, will be contacted in writing via email within two (2) days of the Re- draw. Their details will also be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at https://promotions.wildturkeybourbon.com/ on 21/11/25.
23. If there is no Major Prize Winner or Minor Prize Winners or a Winner of any prize cannot be located, this information will be published on https://promotions.wildturkeybourbon.com/ on 21/11/25.
       Privacy and releases
 24. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information (PI) to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy policy, available at https://www.wildturkeybourbon.com/en-au/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may disclose PI overseas in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.
25. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for a period of 12 months from the date the prize is awarded without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion. The Promoter will seek additional consent from Eligible Entrants before using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for the purpose of promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter which are not connected to the Promotion. If requested by the Promoter, the Eligible Entrant agrees to sign a separate release required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement.
     Miscellaneous26. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has materially breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
27. As a condition of accepting the prize, the Major Prize winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
28. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).
29. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify a prize, as appropriate.
30. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
31. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter’s liability for any personal injury or loss or damage suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize or in relation to the Promotion, is limited to the value of the prize except to the extent the loss, damage or injury arises as a result of the fraud or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or its employees or officers.
32. Without limiting any liability which cannot be excluded by law, any prize supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of any third party supplier or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence) that is supplied by a third party. Nothing in these terms restricts, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law or any right to recourse you may have against a third party supplier.
33. Without limiting any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage associated with:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(d) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant;
(e) any variation in prize value (excluding the Major Prize) to that stated in these terms; and/or
(f) any damage to or delay in transit of a prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
