Terms & Conditions:
1) Receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw to win a $1000 EFTPOS Gift Card (Offer)
when you verify your contact details via the link provided (Verification). The prize is
valued at AUD$1000 (excluding GST and delivery) with a total prize pool of AUD$1,000.
2) Offer applies to Verifications made between 6:00am on 1 August 2025 and 11:30pm on
31 August 2025 (Offer Period).
3) One (1) entry per Verification. Any subsequent Verifications will not be eligible for the
Offer.
4) There is one prize in total to be won. The winners will be selected using a random name
generator at Komatsu’s Fairfield Head Office, located at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield
East, NSW, on 1 September 2025. The individual winners will be notified by email within
two (2) business days of the draw, the prize will then be posted to the winners nominated
address.
5) In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 30 September 2025 at
Komatsu Fairfield Head Office. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email within
two (2) business days of the draw.
6) In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity
arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further
acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State
or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in
any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the
world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made
to them.
7) This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
8) This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including, but
not limited to B2B sales, branch sales and punchout sales) and is only available for
customers purchasing from Victoria, Australia with a valid delivery address in Victoria,
Australia.
9) Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This
Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable
due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right
to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no
products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable
legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its
absolute discretion, at any time without notice.

10) Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee of
Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an
immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.
11) Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either
participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered.
