TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Open only to Australian residents aged 18 or over except directors,
officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of
directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, or
of the agencies or companies or participating stores associated with
this competition.
Competition Period 9.00am (AEST) on 06/08/2025 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 16/09/2025.
Stores 500 participating independent stores displaying the promotional
advertising and, Woolworths and Coles and Coles Local stores
(excluding Coles Express), in Australia. Purchases made at
woolworths.com.au and coles.com.au are included.
Entry Method During the Competition Period, entrants must:
a) purchase any Mr Kipling product (Eligible Purchase) from any
participating Store;
b) visit winfantasticalprizes.com.au (Website) and follow prompts
to provide their mobile phone number, to allow the Promoter to
send the entrant a 6-digit authentication code; and
c) fully complete the online entry form including by providing the
6-digit authentication code sent to their mobile phone number by
the Promoter, their full name, email address, phone number,
postcode, details of the Eligible Purchase, an image of the
Eligible Purchase receipt, and any additional information as
required by the Promoter.
Instant Win Prize
Determination
There are 1,000 instant win prizes to be won instantly and randomly
based on pre-determined times (Selected Winning Time) during the
Competition Period, via a computer-generated random system
administered by and at Roilti Pty Ltd, Suite 51A/23 Norton St,
Leichhardt NSW 2040 (Roilti)
The first valid entry received after a Selected Winning Time will win
(subject to verification) a prize. A maximum of one (1) prize will be
awarded in respect of each Selected Winning Time. This means that
the pool of available prizes will progressively decrease during the
Competition Period as each prize is won.
In the event that no valid entries are received in the period between
two or more Selected Winning Times (each a “Missed Selected
Winning Time”), then, the next valid entry received will win the prize
allocated for the first of the Missed Selected Winning Times (subject
to verification) and, the next valid entry after that will win the prize
allocated for the second of the Missed Selected Winning Times
(subject to verification) and so on. If at the end of the Competition
Period, there are any prizes remaining which have not been
awarded, then they will be added to the prize pool for the
Unclaimed/Unwon Prize Draw.

Each instant win prize is a Roald Dahl book title (selected at random
by the Promoter from the book titles listed below). Each instant win
prize is valued at $16.99 (inc. GST) each.

The total prize pool is valued at $16,990.00 (AUD) (inc. GST).
Entries are limited to six per person. Each entry must be based on a
separate Eligible Purchase. Max one entry per purchase receipt.
Entrants must retain their original itemised Eligible Purchase
receipt/s to verify each entry.
Instant win prize winners will be notified in writing instantly (via
onscreen notification) that they have provisionally won a prize and
that their win will be subject to validation, which will occur within 3
business days.
They will also receive a notification to their nominated email address.
Once the entrant’s win has been validated, they will receive a further
written notification to their email address confirming that their instant
win prize has been validated and requesting the instant win prize
winner’s delivery address for the prize. To claim their prize, the
instant prize winner must provide their delivery address. The delivery
address for the prize must be an address in Australia.
Validation is the process by which the Promoter confirms that the
entry has complied with these terms and conditions.
All prize winners will have their initial, surname and postcode
published on the Website (winfantasticalprizes.com.au) on 31
October 2025, for a period of 28 days.
Prizes must be claimed by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 10 October 2025
(Prize Claim Date).
In the event that any prizes remain unclaimed / unwon by the Prize
Claim Date, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed / unwon prize
draw of all entries received during the Competition Period. The
Unclaimed/Unwon Prize Draw will take place at 12 noon (AEDT) on
14 October 2025 at Roilti.
Any winner(s) in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in writing
by email within two days of the Unclaimed/Unwon Prize Draw
confirming that they have won a prize and requesting details of the
prize winner’s delivery address. To claim the prize, the prize winner

must provide their delivery address by 29 October 2025.Winners
will have their initial, surname and postcode published on the
Website on 31 October 2025 for a period of 28 days.

1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering,
entrants accept these conditions.
2. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received
at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by
the entrant. Failure of an entrant to provide their original itemised receipt/s (as per the Proof
of Purchase Requirements) (without alteration) to the Promoter upon request may, at the
Promoter’s discretion, result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter’s discretion, in all of the
entrant’s entries being invalid). The Promoter has no control over communications networks
and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical
malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error
including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entrants who enter using multiple email
addresses and / or mobile numbers or, aliases may be disqualified. Consumers are
responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet. Automatically
generated entries may be disqualified.
3. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted,
delayed or illegible entries, correspondence or claims for prizes due to error, omission,
tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide
accurate, up-to-date details.
4. The prizes are as stated in the Prize Details. No bonus prizes will be awarded except in
accordance with paragraph 13.
5. The winners will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification and Publication section
of these conditions. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full
address not be published.
6. The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as
publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they
consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material.
7. The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for
verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. If a winning entry is not validated, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize
will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 13.
9. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further
participation in this competition by, any person (including without limitation a winner) who
tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of
the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts
with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or
behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any
of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition,
is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
10. The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries and the award of prizes is final and
no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants can contact the Promoter regarding
disputes concerning the conduct of the gaming activity or claiming a prize through by
emailing: support@winfantasticalprizes.com.au.
11. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or any element
of a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize or element

of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to
the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required.
12. Quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid
instant win prize claim. Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised instant win
prize pool will be honoured, unless such claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under
these conditions.
13. If:
(a) any prize has not been accepted or claimed in accordance with the Prize Claim Date
(b) (c) and Time; or
after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a drawn winner (or a
drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date and Time; or
a prize has not been won,
the relevant winner’s entry (as applicable) will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter will
conduct such further draws in accordance with the Unclaimed/Unwon Prize Draw Details as
are necessary to distribute the relevant prize, subject to any requirements of the relevant
gaming authorities. All entries received during the Competition Period will be combined for
the purposes of this draw. The unclaimed prizes will be drawn in the order of the prize with
the most monetary value to the least. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified as stated in
the Unclaimed/Unwon Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss
(including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits),
expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or
not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or
using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that
liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts,
excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights
under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
15. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and
companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to prizes. Prizes will be
delivered in Australia only.
16. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook, Instagram,
YouTube and other social media platforms. The competition is in no way sponsored,
endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. Entrants
are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
Each entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, from any and all
liability.
17. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned,
including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the
Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition, or invalidate any affected entries (other than those instant prize winners who
have been validated), subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required.
18. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent
financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes,
supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian
Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services
exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
19. Further to the Promoter’s privacy collection notice provided to entrants, the Promoter collects
personal information ("PI") in order to conduct this competition and may, for this purpose,
disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service
providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on
providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy,
which can be viewed at winfantasticalprizes.com.au/privacy .The Privacy Policy also contains

information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants
may complain about a breach of the applicable privacy laws and how those complaints will be
dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the
Promoter, the Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia in
accordance with its Privacy Policy (for a list of the countries, see the relevant Privacy Policy).
20. This document is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable
in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally
submits to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in the state of
New South Wales, Australia and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any
of those courts and waives any right to object to any proceedings being brought in those
courts.
