Rallee x HEAD x Waterdrop – “New York Pro Pack” Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter The promoter of this competition is Rallee Pty Ltd, ABN 661 813 136, located at 18 Brigantine St, Byron Bay,
in partnership with HEAD Australia and Waterdrop.
2. Eligibility Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees and immediate families of the
promoter and associated partners (HEAD Australia and Waterdrop) are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period The competition opens at 5:01pm AEST on 7 August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 19
August 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official entry form. By entering,
participants agree to receive marketing communications from Rallee, HEAD Australia and Waterdrop. Entrants can
unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prize Details One (1) winner will receive the “New York Pro Pack” valued at AUD $1,519.98, comprising:
1x HEAD Boom Pro Racket – Limited Edition ‘New York’ ($379.99 RRP)
1x ‘New York’ HEAD Tour Bag ($139.99 RRP)
1x $500 Rallee Voucher
1x Waterdrop 1-year hydration pack (valued at $500 RRP)
6. Prize Conditions
The total prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Rallee Voucher is valid for use only at ralleeclub.com and must be used within 12 months.
The Waterdrop supply is fulfilled directly by Waterdrop in accordance with their delivery and usage policies.
7. Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random using a certified digital selection tool on Tuesday, 20 August
2025. The draw will take place at Rallee Pty Ltd headquarters.
8. Winner Notification The winner will be notified via the email provided on entry within 48 hours of the draw. If the
winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
9. Marketing and Privacy By entering, participants consent to receive email marketing from Rallee, HEAD Australia and
Waterdrop. Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with each brand’s respective privacy policy.
