Independent financial advice should be sought by the Winner prior to accepting the Prize. Prize values are correct as of date of printing. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for change in prize value between now the ultimate prize redemption date. 4.4 Prizes are not transferable or refundable. 4.5 In the event that an element of the Prize outlined in Clause 4.1 above is, for any reason, cancelled, postponed or not available, that element(s) of the Prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, a Winner does not take an element of their Prize within the time period stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. 4.6 In participating in the Competition, the Prize Winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Prize Winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Prize Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 4.7 The Prize Winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation. 4.8 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize provider and the Promoter’s requirements. Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. 4.9 The Prize Winners must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 4.10 Major Prize travel is subject to blackout dates. The Major Prize is not available: a) during UK or Australian Public / National holiday periods; b) between 15 December 2025 – 30 January 2026 or 30 March - April 10th 2026; c) during July and/or August 2026. 4.11 The Major Prize requires the Winner to confirm travel dates with the Promoter and/or Sponsor within 45 days of notification. Travel must be completed within 12 months of notification. 4.12 During the entire duration of the Major Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. 4.13 For Dare Skywalk, all participants must be at least 1.2 meters in height. The minimum age to take part in the Dare Skywalk climb is 8 years old. All elements of the Major Prize are subject to availability at time of booking. 4.15 Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and is based on two (2) people sharing one (1) room. A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals. 4.16 The Major Prize Winner must provide bank details to facilitate the transfer of the EFT money element of the Prize. The Promoter and/or Sponsor is not responsible for any misdirected, late or lost payments due to the Major Winner providing incorrect details. 4.17 Tickets are non-transferable and 4.18 All components of the Major Prize must be fulfilled at the same time, and they cannot be split across different time periods. 4.19 Air tickets are economy class, may be indirect and are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. The Promoter and/or Sponsor has the right to determine the airline carrier at its discretion. In the event that a Winner requests a specific carrier, not offered by the Promoter, any subsequent or additional fees and taxes, if applicable will be the responsibility of the Winner. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the Prize. Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision. 4.20 The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner. 4.21 The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. 4.22 The Major Winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time and must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The Major Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. 4.23 The Major Winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued. 4.24 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. 4.25 The Winners and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. 4.26 Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Prize description, are not included. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Prizes become the responsibility of the Winners. no name changes are allowed. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the Major Prize winner and their travelling companion. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $350 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation. 4.27 The Promoter, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination. The Major Winner and their travelling companion travel at their own risk. 5. HOW TO WIN 5.1 There will be One (1) Major Prize Winner and Ten (10) Minor Prize Winners in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners. 5.2 The One (1) Major Prize Winner and Ten (10) Minor Prize Winners will be judged from all valid entries received during the Competition Period on Friday 15th August 2025 from 12:00pm (AEST) at Seven Network, 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia. 5.3 The Major Prize Winner will be the best valid entry as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter having regard to authenticity, creativity, and originality. The Ten (10) Minor Prize Winners will be the next ten (10) best valid entries. The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. 5.4 The Prize Winners will be contacted by the Promoter via telephone or email within two (2) business days of the Prize Judging. Once the Winners have accepted their Prize, the Promoter will pass the Winners’ details to the Sponsor to liaise with the Winners to gather all details required to book their Prize travel or organize their Minor Prize Pack. 5.5 All Prize Winner’s names (last name, first name initial and postcode) will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the final Prize Judging. 5.6 The Winners will receive phone call or video call to the mobile number provided in their entry, which may be filmed and broadcast live on the relevant Program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEST to 12:00 AM AEST during the Competition Period. 5.7 In the event of an unclaimed Prize, an unclaimed Prize judging will take place Seven Network, 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia on Friday 14th November 2025 at 3:00pm AEST. 5.8 The unclaimed Prize winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone call within two (2) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging. The unclaimed Prize Winner’s details will be published on the Sunrise website within five (5) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging. 5.9 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 5.10 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter or the Sponsor in their absolute discretion. 6. NO LIABILITY 6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute Prize. 6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Performance Entertainment (Australia) Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail. 6.3 The Promoter, Sponsor and Prize suppliers are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize collection. 6.4 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Performance Entertainment (Australia) Pty Ltd & affiliates and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur: a) during the judging; b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the competition; or c) in the participation in any Prize; d) because of late, lost or misdirected mail; e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; and g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion. 6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter and/or Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation. 6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements. 6.7 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s and the Sponsor’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 6.8 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and the Sponsor assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. 6.9 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter or the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 6.10 By entering the competition, and by collecting a Prize, Winners acknowledge and accept that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. Neither the Promoter nor the Sponsor or Prize supplier are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling.
