Virbac Equine ‘Ultimate Prize Pack’ Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Virbac (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 77 003 268 871) of 361 Horsley Road, Milperra
NSW 2214 Australia.
2. Competition Period
● Start Date: Monday, 4 August 2025 at 9:00 AM AEST.
● End Date: Thursday 2 October 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.
3. Eligibility
● Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
● Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with
this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption),
parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother,
sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
1. Visit the promotional landing page at au.virbac.com/ultimateprizepack
2. Fully complete and submit the online entry form with all requested details, including their
full name, valid email address, phone number, and state of residence.
3. Tick the box to confirm they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and
consent to joining the Virbac Australia equine email marketing list.
5. Entry Limits
● Limit of one (1) entry per person.
6. Prize Details
There will be a total of eight (8) prize winners.
A. Major Prizes (3 winners) Three (3) individual Major Prize winners will each receive a prize
pack valued at over RRP $1,300, containing:
● One (1) Stable 8 Woollen Horse Rug. (Winner's choice of colour is subject to
availability from Stable 8). RRP approx. $250.00.
● One (1) $250 R.M. Williams Gift Card. (Use of the gift card is subject to the terms and
conditions of the issuer, R.M. Williams). RRP $250.00.
● One (1) Feramo® with Chromium 15 kg pack. RRP approx. $709.00.
● One (1) Ultimum® 14.4 g tube. RRP approx. $25.00.
● One (1) Strategy-T® 35 mL tube. RRP approx. $29.00.
● One (1) Recharge® 1 L pack. RRP approx. $44.00.
● Total RRP of each Major Prize is approximately $1,307.00 AUD.
B. Runners-Up Prizes (5 winners) Five (5) individual Runners-Up Prize winners will each
receive a Virbac Horse Health Hamper valued at over RRP $250, containing:
● One (1) Feramo® with Chromium 2.5 kg pack. RRP approx. $161.00.
● One (1) Ultimum® 14.4 g tube. RRP approx. $25.00.
● One (1) Strategy-T® 35 mL tube. RRP approx. $29.00.
● One (1) Recharge® 1 L pack. RRP approx. $44.00.
● Total RRP of each Runners-Up Prize is approximately $259.00 AUD.
C. Total Prize Pool The total prize pool is valued at approximately $5,216.00 AUD (RRP).
7. Prize Draw
● A random electronic draw will be conducted for all prizes.
● Date and Time: Thursday 9, October 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST.
● Location: The draw will take place at the Promoter’s head office: Level 3, 2-6 Waltham
Street, Artarmon, NSW 2064.
● The first three (3) valid entries drawn will win a Major Prize. The next five (5) valid
entries drawn will win a Runners-Up Prize.
8. Winner Notification
● Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
● The winners' names (winners first initial, last name, postcode) will be published on the
Virbac Australia Equine Facebook page and/or website by Friday, 17 October 2025
● Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize by
Thursday, 23 October 2025 and provide a valid Australian postal address for prize
delivery.
9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
● If a prize is not claimed by the deadline, a redraw will be conducted.
● Date and Time: Friday 24 October 2025 at 10:00 AM AEST at the same location as the
original draw.
● The redraw winner(s) will be notified by email on the same day and their names (winners
first initial, last name, postcode) published on the Virbac Australia Equine Facebook
page on Friday 24 October 2025.
10. General Conditions
● Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
● The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
● By entering this competition, entrants consent to their personal information being
collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and
for future marketing purposes, including being added to the Virbac Australia equine
email database. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. All personal information will be
handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at
[https://au.virbac.com/home/legal-notice/privacy-policy.html].
● If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
● This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Meta (Facebook). By entering, entrants release Meta from any and all liability in
connection with this competition.
