TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
A participating store is any national independent liquor retail outlet or ecommerce store located in Australia that stocks McGuigan Wine products and is displaying the Promotional Point of Sale (“Participating Store”).
Promotion commences at 09:00am AEST on 4th August 2025 and ends 11:59pm AEST on 28th September 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any bottle of McGuigan Wines (“Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Individuals must ensure that they receive a purchase receipt for their Qualifying Transaction to ensure they are compliant with the terms and conditions. In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically provided at the point of purchase, it is the responsibility of the individual to request one.
To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code found on the in-store promotional point of sale or visit winwithmcguiganwines.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, email address, mobile, State/Territory of residence, postcode, Eligible Product purchased and Participating Retailer) and submit the fully completed entry form.
PRIZE DRAW
There will be one (1) draw conducted at the end of the Promotional Period (“Prize Draw”). The Prize Draw will take place at Suite 4, Level 2, 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 at 11am AEST on 1st October 2025. The Promoter may draw additional entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn The winners will be notified via phone and writing within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw and have their first name initial, surname, and postcode published on winwithmcguiganwines.com.au/winners from 7th October 2025.
The first (1) valid drawn winner will win The Ultimate Ashes Experience for four (4) people valued at $5,900 AUD. The Ultimate Ashes Experience includes:
– Four (4) x Reserve A tickets to Day 1 of the NRMA Men’s Ashes Melbourne Test Match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (Day 1 – 26/12/2025);
– $5000 Webjet eGift to be used toward flights and accommodation
The next ten (10) valid entries will each be awarded a Cricket Australia Merchandise Store Vouchers valued at $250 AUD.
GENERAL
Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International Cricket/Ashes test series fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at ww.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions with delivery of the prize tickets.
Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Webjet eGift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the eGift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the eGift Card.
It’s the winner’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the airport departure and return point. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the prize winner and/or their travel companions miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winner and their travel companion.

The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and their companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
In addition to the above, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries where multiple entries have been submitted using the same receipt or receipt number, where the same receipt or receipt number is used by multiple entrants, or where entrants submit multiple entries with slight variations in email addresses or other details. Any attempt to jeopardise the integrity of the Promotion will, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all suspicious and/or questionable entries invalid. If the Promoter suspects that there has been any sharing of receipts or manufacturing fake/duplicate receipts, for the purposes of submitting multiple invalid entries, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate those entries without further notice to entrants.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly show a Participating Product purchased in full and from a Participating Store. Screenshots of bank statements or bank transactions are ineligible and will result in invalidation.
Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction); and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).

If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
A draw for any prizes that are won but are not claimed may take place at 11:00am AEST on 22/10/2025 at Suite 4, Level 2, 63-73 Ann Street Surry Hills 2010, Australia, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). Winners, if any, will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online at winwithmcguiganwines/.com.au/winners from 28/10/2025.
Subject to the Unclaimed Prize Draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Entrants consent to the Promoter and Cricket Australia using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter or Cricket Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Cricket Australia (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter or Cricket Australia’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
