TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 21 years or over. If drawn as winner, entrants acknowledge that they or their companion must be between 21 and 85 years and hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. A “Participating Store” is any Harry Brown, Bottlemart, Sip N Save nationally and Thirsty Camel (WA only) that advertises the promotion and stocks the Eligible Product (defined below) during the Promotional Period.
5. Entries into the promotion open in each Participating Store on the following dates:
• Thirsty Camel (WA only) – Starts 12/08/2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 08/09/2025
• Harry Brown – Starts 13/08/2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 09/09/2025
• Bottlemart, Bottlemart Express WA and Sip N Save – Starts on
13/08/2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 09/09/2025
(“Promotional Period”).
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $25 or more in a single transaction on any Jim Beam product at a Participating Store and obtain a purchase receipt during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). If a receipt is not automatically provided at the time of making a Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrants responsibility to request one.
7. To enter, individuals must then visit https://harrybrown.com.au, https://bottlemart.com.au, https://sipnsave.com.au or https://wa.thirstycamel.com.au, depending on the Participating Store the Qualifying Transaction was made, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details, upload their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the amount spent in excess of $25; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
9. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
    10. The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 23/09/2025 at 1:00pm AEST in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. 15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The first valid entry drawn will win a Kombi Summer Escape for two (2) adults in Melbourne, VIC valued at up to $10,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
• Return economy airfares from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne, VIC for two (2) adults (only provided if winner resides outside of VIC). If the winner is from VIC, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash;
• Return private transfers from Melbourne airport to Geelong;
• Five (5) days hire of one (1) Kombi van (with Jim Beam decal branding) including
bedding and linen (only provided if either the winner or their companion is aged
between 21 years and 85 years of age and holds a valid driver’s license).

 In addition to the above, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries where multiple entries have been submitted using the same receipt or receipt number, where the same receipt or receipt number is used by multiple entrants, or where entrants submit multiple entries with slight variations in email addresses or other details. Any attempt to jeopardise the integrity of the Promotion will, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all suspicious and/or questionable entries invalid. If the Promoter suspects that there has been any sharing of receipts or manufacturing fake/duplicate receipts, for the purposes of submitting multiple invalid entries, the Promoter reserves
 the right to invalidate those entries without further notice to entrants
Additional spending money, meals, additional insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included, unless otherwise stated. Prize cannot be guaranteed during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
Additional Travel Conditions
• Winner or their companion must meet the rental conditions for car hire as prescribed by the car rental company, including but not limited to minimum driver age must be 21 years or older and maximum driver age is 85 years of age and the nominated driver must have held a full licence for at least one (1) year. If the winner doesn’t meet the criteria themselves, the winner must nominate a companion who meets the car rental company’s requirements and they must be the nominated driver on the rental agreement.
• The winner must finalise the prize booking within two (2) months of the date that they successfully claimed the prize and were verified as the valid winner.
• Travel must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended travel departure.
• All travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the prize draw and is subject to booking and availability.
• The Promoter does not condone, endorse, or accept any responsibility for any activities undertaken by the winner or any companion that are illegal, unlawful, or excessively dangerous and will not allow activities that they deem fall into these categories to be booked by the prize supplier. The winner and their companion must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner or their companion or revoke any prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the winner or companion has engaged in conduct that is illegal, reckless, or poses a significant risk to themselves or others. The Promoter shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from such conduct.
• The winner and companion agree that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation apart from the Promoter or Mavel Group.
In the event that an element of the prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the winner forfeits the specified element and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the prize.
17. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card and valid driver’s licence at time of collecting the vehicle. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
18. Spending money will be awarded in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account. Winner is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
20. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.
21. The winner and their companion will each be required to fully complete a travel insurance application form provided by the Promoter, and may also be required to undergo medical tests as required by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, in order to redeem the travel insurance element of the prize. Any person found guilty of insurance fraud or failure to honestly and accurately disclose all relevant insurance information at the time of applying for a travel insurance policy or when making a claim forfeits any rights or entitlements to the travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance will be provided by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, and subject to approval by the travel insurer. In the event that the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer refuses to issue insurance to the winner and/or companion, the winner forfeits that travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance is subject to the terms and conditions issued by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, including but not limited to any limitations on the covered amount.
22. Car hire prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance are not included. The driver must have a current valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and meet any age requirements as specified above.
23. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take / redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
24. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
25. Total prize pool value is up to $10,000.
26. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
27. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 25/11/2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. 28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
29. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
30. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
31. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutoryconsumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
32. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use / taking of a prize.
33. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and his/her/their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
34. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.beamsuntory.com/en/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
