Promoter Information

The Promoter of this competition is Mount Sheridan Plaza, 106 Barnard Drive, Mt Sheridan QLD 4868, ABN 68 266 146 096.
Eligibility

Entry is open to legal residents aged 18 and over living in the FNQ region, including Cairns Regional, Cassowary Coast, Tablelands, and Douglas Shire council areas. Employees working at Mt Sheridan Plaza are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

    Spend $20 or more at any Mt Sheridan Plaza retailer during the promotional period, Tuesday, August 12 to Thursday September 4, 2025.
    Write their full name, phone number, postcode, and the prize package number(s) they’d like to win (1, 2, or 3—or any combination) on the receipt.
    Drop the receipt into the entry barrel located at the Centre Court display.

Multiple entries are permitted, but each receipt can only be used once. Misuse of receipts may lead to disqualification from this or future competitions at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prize Information

There are three (3) prize packages to be won:

    Prize 1: Makita Lawn Pack – Valued at $1169
    Prize 2: Home & Car Pack – Valued at $673
    Prize 3: Games Night Pack – Valued at $185

Each winner will receive one of the above prize packs, based on their selected preference.
General Terms

    Three (3) winners will be drawn at random after the competition closes after 12 noon on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
    Winners will be notified by phone. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, another winner will be drawn.
    Prizes must be collected from Mt Sheridan Plaza within 2 weeks of notification. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited and redrawn.
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed fraudulent or inappropriate.
    The Promoter may request proof of eligibility (e.g., ID or address verification). Failure to provide suitable proof may result in prize forfeiture.
    Winners must sign a prize release form upon collection.

Prize Conditions

    Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    Any product-related issues are the responsibility of the prize suppliers and their own terms and warranties apply. Contact details can be provided by the Promoter upon request.
