1. General
1.1 Acceptance
By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Cucina Classica (“the Promoter”).
1.3 State Permits
This competition will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of relevant lottery authorities in South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. Applicable permits will be obtained prior to promotional launch.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Ineligible Entrants
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated agencies are ineligible. “Immediate family” is defined as any spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, de-facto partner, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
2.3 Equal Chance of Winning
For the avoidance of doubt, each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning the prize.
3. Entry Process
3.1 How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a. Purchase any Cucina Classica product from a participating retailer displaying the “WIN A TRIP TO ITALY” QR code;
b. Retain their original receipt;
c. Scan the QR code on the promotional packaging;
d. Complete the entry form by providing:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
The store you purchased from
Last 6 digits of the purchase receipt
Date of Purchase
3.2 Participating Retailers

3.3 Unique Entry Requirement
Each entry must be based on a separate and valid purchase receipt. The last 6 digits of each receipt must be unique per entry.
3.4 Entry Limits
There is no limit to the number of entries submitted per entrant, provided each entry complies with Clause 3.3.
3.5 Receipt Retention
Entrants must retain original purchase receipts as proof. Failure to produce a valid receipt upon request may result in disqualification.
4. Prize Details
4.1 Major Prize
One (1) prize consisting of a $10,000 travel voucher to be used for a trip to Italy (or as otherwise chosen by the winner, subject to the Travel agency's terms).
4.2 Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
No compensation is payable if the winner cannot use the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost or expired vouchers once awarded.
5. Draw & Winner Verification
5.1 Draw Details
The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s office on Monday 3 November 2025 at 12:00pm ACST.
The draw will use a random number generator to select winners. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
In the event that a winning entry is invalid, reserve entries may be drawn and used. If the scheduled draw date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the draw will instead be conducted on the next business day at the same time and location.
The draw will be open to the public for scrutiny and may be witnessed by any person upon request. The winner will be determined purely by chance.
5.2 Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw. Their name (first name, last initial, and suburb/postcode) will be published on the Cucina Classica website within 7 days of the draw. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner following the draw.
5.3 Claim & Verification
The winner must provide the original purchase receipt for verification and may be required to present a valid photo ID.
The winner has 14 days from the date of notification to claim the prize and satisfy all verification requirements.
If the winner fails to claim the prize, respond, or satisfy the verification requirements within this 14-day period, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn in accordance with these Terms.
5.4 Unclaimed Prizes
If the prize is not claimed or collected by the winner within 2 months after the drawing of the lottery, a redraw will take place at the Promoter’s office on Thursday, 3 January 2026 at 12:00pm ACST.
In the event of a redraw, the winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the redraw, and their name (first name, last initial, and suburb/postcode) will be published on the Cucina Classica website within 7 days of the redraw.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the redraw winner following the redraw.
6. Liability & Rights
6.1 Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms.
6.2 Force Majeure
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by any entrant in connection with entering or winning this promotion.
7. Privacy
7.1 Collection and Use
Entrants’ personal information is collected by the Promoter for the primary purpose of conducting and administering this promotion, including but not limited to verifying entries, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and complying with relevant permit and regulatory requirements.
This information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws and may be disclosed to third-party service providers or regulators where necessary to facilitate the above purposes.
7.2 Marketing Consent
By entering this promotion, you consent to the Promoter using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, including adding you to the Promoter’s email database. You may receive communications about future promotions, product updates, business news, and special offers from the Promoter.
Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in such communications or by contacting the Promoter directly.
8. Promoter’s Decision Final
All decisions made by the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion, including the eligibility of entries and the awarding of prizes, are final and binding.
9. Cancellation
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
