Winners will be selected every 14 days from the entire database of subscribers who are opted-in to receive marketing as of that date, allowing users to be entered multiple times. A total of 185 winners will be chosen throughout the campaign.

For example, on August 14, 14 winners will be randomly selected from everyone who is opted-in to marketing (either SMS or Email) on the 14th of August. Then, on August 28, another 14 winners will be drawn from the updated database, which includes all previous entries as well as new subscribers who joined between August 14 and August 28.

Entry Method:

Eligible entrants must subscribe to our newsletter with a valid, opted-in email address or valid opted-in mobile number for a chance to win.

Draw:

    a) Winners (last name, first initial and postcode) will be announced on our homepage https://www.4wdsupacentre.com.au. We will announce one winner per day (starting the day after the respective draw) over a 14 day period and will continue this cycle for subsequent draws

    b) Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the respective draw.

    c) Winner must email us within 14 days at competitions@4wdsupacentre.com.au to claim their $1,000 Kings Cash Voucher. Once winner has emailed us, the winner will be sent their voucher within two business days after we've received their email claiming a voucher.

    d) Time of draws is 11:00am. Location of draws: 6A Figtree Dr, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. Winner will be drawn through a government compliant random selection software generator.

    e) The total prize pool is $185,000.

Unclaimed Prize:

The winner will be contacted a minimum of 3 times prior to the Unclaimed Prize Date. If a prize is unclaimed by the Unclaimed Prize Date, the Promoter will:

    a) Each entrant agrees that, by entering the Promotion, they may be contacted by 4WD Supacentre email to hear about their latest news and offers.     b) The winner has until 11:59 PM AEST 14 days post their name is drawn to email and claim their prize. They must also check the homepage to confirm if they have won before claiming their prize.

    c) The $1,000 Kings Cash Voucher is not exchangeable, replaceable, transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. The voucher will only be able to be used by the customer that was originally issued with the voucher and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cash vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

    The voucher cannot be used on orders or purchases of gift cards.

    4WD Supacentre reserves the right to cancel any voucher due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of the promotional offer or voucher, and to modify or cancel the offer due to system error or unforeseen problems. 4WD Supacentre reserves the right at our discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel and/or vary the terms of this offer and these terms and conditions at any time. If 4WD Supacentre revokes, suspends, cancels, or varies the offer, 4WD Supacentre will notify customers by placing a notice on this website.

    Participation in this offer is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    d) If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
