Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants).

To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 1. Visit online and follow the prompts to the promotion entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question, “Why would you like to win a weekend getaway at Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa?”; and
4. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Maximum Entries
Only one (1) entry permitted per Entrant during the Promotional Period.
Winner Determination
Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on 25/08/2025 at 9:00am AEST. The Winner will be the Entrant who has most creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

One (1) Winner.
Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days from the judging date.
Prize
The best valid entry as determined by the Promoter will win a trip to Hepburn Springs, VIC for them and one (1) adult valued at up to AUD $3,500 depending on the date and point of departure, including:
● 2 x Return economy flights from the winner’s nearest capital city to Melbourne, VIC (only provided if winner resides outside of VIC). If the winner is from VIC, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash;
● 3 x day car hire;
● A ‘Complete Stay’ Package at Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa including:
○ 2 x nights accommodation at Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa Sanctuary Bathing for two (2) (twin share or similar);
○ Premium Alchemist Mineral Bath for two (2) adults;
○ Hepburn Wellness Massage for two (2) adults (90 minutes);
○ Tasting Platter for Two at the Hepburn Pavilion Café;
○ Gourmet Hamper in your villa; and
○ In-room Spa Pamper Pack.
Total Prize Pool
AUD $3,500.

Special Conditions:

Car hire prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance is not included. The driver must have a current valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory.
Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
