“WIN Big for Father’s Day”
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
“WIN big for Father’s Day” (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The
Promoter is Retpro Management Pty Ltd, on behalf of the shopping centre named Armada Bathurst,
121 Howick Street, Bathurst, NSW, Australia 2795 (“The Promoter”) and The Greens on William, 29
William Street, Bathurst NSW 2795.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia; Employees and the immediate families of the promoter
and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes Retailers, Centre
employees and their immediate families within Armada Bathurst Shopping Centre.
3. This Promotion commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Standard Time (“AEST”) on
Monday 18 th August 2025 and ends at 4.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on
Wednesday 3rd September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Winners will be determined by random draw at Armada Bathurst 121 Howick Street Bathurst NSW
9am, Thursday 4th September 2025 and will be notified within 2 business days via phone and or email.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. An unclaimed prize by 5pm
Monday 8 2025 will be forfeited.
5. First (1 st) prize is valued at $ 1000.00 Second (2 nd) prize is valued at $800.00. Third (3 rd) prize is
valued at $650.00. 5 x runner up Armada Gift cards valued at $250.00 - The total prize pool is $2700.00

6. To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must complete the following:
6.1. Enter via www.armadabathurst.com.au or Scan QR Codes from Armada Bathurst
Marketing collateral throughout the centre, enter your name, email and phone number.
6.2. Customers agree to opt into the Armada Bathurst email database by having a valid email
address in order to receive email communications. Entrants reserve the right to unsubscribe at
any time.
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of
taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the
entrants’ names and address may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by
the promoter and its associated parties unless the entrant has indicated otherwise. Armada Bathurst
takes seriously its obligation to safeguard personal information regarding its customers.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time subject to written directions
from state regulatory bodies
