Love Dad, Draw Dad Terms & Conditions
The ‘LOVE DAD, DRAW DAD’ promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 10.00am (AEST) Thursday,
August 21, 2025 and concludes at 2.00pm (AEST) Thursday, September 4, 2025 (“Promotional
Period”).
2. The Promotion is promoted by SX Asset Management Pty Ltd, ABN 95 164 497 929 as the
property managers for Mount Gambier Central (“Promoter”) of Shop 31, 21 Helen Street, Mount
Gambier SA 5290 (“Mount Gambier Central”).
3. All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the
Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.
4. Major Prize
$100 Giftbox Gift Card
Total value of Major Prize Pool $100.00
5. Entrants can only enter once per day.
6. Entrants must be 12 or under to enter.
7. There is only 1 winner.
8. The Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for any other product or cash and is
subject to terms and conditions.
9. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the sole
responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Prize.
10. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the
Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
How to Enter
To partake in the Promotion and have a chance to win the Major Prize entrants must, during the
Promotional Period:
11. Collect an entry form from the centre central mall, draw a picture of their Dad or Special Person
and also write why their Dad or Special Person is their Superhero; complete their details and place
into the entry box located at the Giftbox.
12. Parents/Guardian are allowed to assist with completing the form including the written answer for;
‘My Dad is my Superhero because’.
Draw for unclaimed instant prizes
13. If the prize has not been claimed within one month of the close of the competition it will
automatically go into a random redraw.
General
14. Entrants may enter once. The Major prize will be drawn at 3:00pm (AEDST) on Thursday,
September 4, 2025, via a random draw at Giftbox, Shop 4, Mount Gambier Central, 21 Helen Street,
Mt Gambier, SA, 5290.
15. The first (1) completed entry drawn will be deemed the winner of the Major Prize pack.
16. Prize Winner will be notified that they have won by phone.
17. Prize is to be collected from the Giftshop during trading hours. Prize must be collected by parent
or guardian over the age of 18 with photo ID.
18. If the Promoter has not had return communication from any initial intended Winner (i.e. attempts
to contact the Winner have met with failure) then that person shall be deemed no longer eligible for
the Prize and the Promoter must announce a replacement, Winner.
19. Printing errors or other quality control matters outside the control of individual players must not be
used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
20. Any decision made by Centre Management at Mount Gambier Central in respect of the Promotion
is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
21. Entries which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the
right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has
breached any of these conditions or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover
damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
22. The Promotion is open to all Australian residents except employee’s contractors and agents of
Mount Gambier Central, sponsors of the Promotion, and their immediate families; employees of
Mount Gambier Central staff and retailers and their immediate families are not eligible to win;
however, they can enter but should make a not on entry form that they are staff in the centre to avoid
disappointment if contacted and cannot claim prize.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.
24. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
25. By entering the Promotion, the entrants hereby give Mount Gambier Central and the Promoter
authority to publicly announce their name (should they be a Winner) at the time of the Major Draw and
at any stage thereafter.
26. The name of the Major Draw Winner will be published on the Mount Gambier Central Facebook
page once they have been contacted.
27. By partaking in this Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use information provided on
the Entry Forms in connection with claiming any Prize in accordance with SX Asset Management’s
Privacy Policy Collection Statement. A copy of Privacy Policy Collection Statement will be available
for viewing at Centre Management, Mount Gambier Central.
28. The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors
and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential economic loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a
result of the Promotion or in connection with a Prize.
29. If the Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s nominated
parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The parent/guardian shall be deemed the
Winner (or Replacement Winner as the case may be) for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
