Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Smooth Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Smooth Player App and listen to one of the Smooth station streams (Smooth 95.3, Smooth 91.5, Smooth Brisbane, Smooth Adelaide, Smooth Perth). The entrant must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
AND/OR
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website and listen to one of the Smooth station streams (Smooth 95.3, Smooth 91.5, Smooth Brisbane, Smooth Adelaide, Smooth Perth). The entrant must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.

Prize Draw
All valid Smooth Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a Draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
In accordance with the Draw Details below, representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) conduct the Prize Draw (in accordance with the Draw Details below);
(b) contact the Selected Entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the draw (Drawn Selected Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contract Number);
(c) if the Drawn Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a Prize winner and awarded a Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) if the Drawn Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the relevant draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
This process will be repeated until a Drawn Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (c) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be one (1) entrant deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Entry Restrictions
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant or a winner and they may not be invited to appear on-air or be awarded a Prize.
Entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number and answer a call to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.

Draw Details

One (1) draw will be conducted during the Promotion Period, as follows:
• By 12:00pm AEST Monday 22 September 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entry drawn will be contacted by the Promoters in accordance with the Entry Method.

Prize

Event Prize
There is one (1) Event Prize to be won, comprising of:
• Two (2) x tickets to Oprah In Conversation on Thursday December 4 @ 8:00pm at the ICC Sydney Theatre (2/14 Darling Dr, Sydney NSW 2000) (Event), with each ticket valued at up to AUD $200 (incl. GST);
• One (1) x AUD $300 Hotel.com voucher, valued at AUD $300 (incl. GST);
• One (1) x AUD $200 Sydney Restaurant voucher, valued at AUD $200 (incl. GST);
The Event Prize is valued at up to AUD $900 (incl. GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner ordinary resides in VIC, SA, QLD & WA, the Prize winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into NSW as required to attend the Event.
A Prize winner will not be awarded the Domestic Travel Prize if their ordinary state of residence is in NSW.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state they ordinarily reside to Sydney, New South Wales (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) each valued at up to AUD $500 (incl. GST);
It is the Domestic Travel Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
The Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,000 (incl. GST).
Prize Restrictions

Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date confirmed by the Promoter at the time of winning. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date changes, schedule changes or cancellations.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue/ticket terms of entry and/or ticket terms and conditions.
Winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the Event.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEDT Monday 1 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.

Additional Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
In the event the Event is cancelled, or any part of the Event is cancelled or not provided by the Prize Provider, no alternative Prize will be provided for the Event component of the Prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events and any costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
