These Key Terms together with the General Terms constitutes the Promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms and Conditions”). By entering the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in any promotion materials and these Promotion Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Eligible States and Territories
NSW, SA, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT
Entrants and any companion(s) (if applicable) must be 16 years old or over. Entrants under 18 years must obtain the express permission of a parent or legal guardian prior to entering this Promotion. Parent or legal guardian may be required to accompany that entrant and any companion(s) (if applicable) when using the Prize. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian on behalf of that entrant and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the Prize.
Promotion Period
Start: 12:00AM (Sydney Local Time) on 20 August 2025 End: 11:59PM (Sydney Local Time) on 3 September 2025
During the Promotion Period entrants must follow the prompts on the Site to:
(i) register their first name, last name and email address;
(ii) accept the Promotion Terms and Conditions,
in order to receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. The Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw in accordance with the Prize Draw details below.
By entering these details on the Site and selecting the applicable checkboxes, an entrant acknowledges (i) they may opt to enter into the official mailing lists as outlined on the Site (optional) and (ii) they accept the Promotion Terms and Conditions (compulsory).
Maximum Number of Entries
Unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion. Entrants may only register for the Promotion once.
Prize
There will be one (1) Prize winner. The Prize winner will receive the following Prize:

● One (1) x True Colours (40th Anniversary) (Green Vinyl)
● One (1) x True Colours (40th Anniversary) (Yellow Vinyl)
● One (1) x True Colours (40th Anniversary) (Orange Vinyl)
Prize Delivery
The Promoter will deliver the Prize to the Prize winner at their registered address. Prize winners must confirm their registered address upon acceptance of the Prize.
Total Prize Value
A$220.00 (inclusive of GST).
Prize Draw Date: 4 September 2025
Prize Draw Location: Ground Floor West, 60 Union Street, Pyrmont, NSW 2009 Winner Notification Date: 4 September 2025
The first valid entry drawn will be awarded a Prize. Prize winner(s) will be announced on the Prize Draw Date on the Site and will be contacted via the details submitted in their entry (‘Contact Details”).
Prize Claim Date
Prize must be claimed within three (3) months of the Winner Notification Date. If a winner has not claimed the Prize within the Prize claim period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date at the Prize Draw Location to award the Prize to another entrant.

Winner(s) will be announced on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date on the Promoter’s website and will be contacted via the details submitted in their entry
