Competition
Father’s Day Gift Voucher Giveaway.

Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over; and
Australian and New Zealand residents aged 16 or 17 years who have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter this Competition.

Exclusions
Employees of The Gamesmen Pty Ltd, suppliers, and agencies associated
with this Competition, immediate family members of all such employees,
and any person involved in the management of an organisation benefiting
from the Competition.

Entry Period
Starts at 12.01am AEDT 26/08/2025 and ends at 11.59pm, AEDT
06/09/2025. Entries must be received within the Entry Period.

Entry Process
Make a purchase from gamesmen.com.au or The Gamesmen retail store during the Entry Period.
For every AUD $50 spent in a single transaction (excluding delivery charges), the customer will receive one (1) entry.
Marketplace orders and purchases from third-party sellers are excluded from this Competition.
In-store purchases require the customer to provide or create a free Gamesmen membership account at the time of purchase (email address required) so that entries can be tracked. Customers who do not provide a membership account at the time of purchase will not be eligible.

Entry Conditions
Entries are automatically generated based on eligible transaction amounts.
If a purchase is refunded in part or in full, any associated entries will be withdrawn.
Entry Limit
Entries are based solely on eligible transaction amounts. There is no limit
to the number of entries per person.

Prize Determination
This Competition is a game of chance.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 11am AEDT 09/09/2025 at The Gamesmen, 491 Forest Road, Penshurst, NSW 2222.
Notification
The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact details
provided at the time of purchase.

Claim Period
The Prize must be claimed within two (2) weeks of notification.

Prize
One (1) The Gamesmen online gift voucher valued at AUD $200.
Prize is valid for use only at gamesmen.com.au and cannot be redeemed in-store.
Total prize pool value: AUD $200.

Prize Conditions
The prize will be provided as a digital gift voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Prize must be accepted in its entirety as stated. No alternative arrangements will be made.
If the Prize becomes unavailable, The Gamesmen reserves the right to substitute with another prize of equal or greater value.

General Conditions
By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Gamesmen reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Gamesmen will not be responsible for technical issues that prevent an entry from being recorded.

Disputes and Privacy
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the laws of New Zealand (as applicable).
Entrants’ personal information will only be used to conduct the Competition and for related marketing purposes in accordance with Australian and New Zealand privacy legislation.
