TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Customers may enter by completing the online form on Kepnock Town Centre official ‘Sign Up & Win’ competition posts.
2. The competition commences on Monday 18 August 2025 at 10.00am. The competition will close on Monday 1 September
2025 at 10.00am.
3. The total prize is valued at $100.
4. Each prize includes (1) $50 Burger Urge Voucher.
5. The two (2) winners will be notified by telephone and email including instructions for prize collection.
6. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter.
7. The prize will need to be collected within one (1) week from Burge Urge during business hours.
8. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Kepnock Town Centre.
• Employees of tenants of Kepnock Town Centre.
• Contractors of Kepnock Town Centre and their employees.
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
9. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. Thewinneragreestohavetheirnameusedforadvertisingpurposes.
11.ThecompetitionwillbedrawnbyarepresentativeofCentreManagement,whosedecisionwillbefinal,andno correspondence will be entered into.
12. ThecompetitionispromotedbyKepnockTownCentre,106FeWalkerSt,KepnockQLD4670.
13.Allentryformsremainthepropertyofthepromoteratalltimes.Inlodginganentry,allentrantsconsenttotheirnames being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the circumstances.
14.Thepromoterexpresslydisclaimsanyresponsibilityorliabilitywhatsoeverforinjuryorlosstoanypersonorpropertyrelating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
15.ForthepurposesofcompliancewithapplicablePrivacyLegislation,entrantsareadvisedthat:theycancontactthepromoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the purpose for which the information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Kepnock Town Centre and its retailers; the information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations failure to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a winning entry form.
16.IfthePromoterreasonablysuspectsthatadrawnEntrantorWinnerisnoteligible,hasbreachedtheseTermsandConditions, or has acted improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to that drawn Entrant or Winner and conduct a re-draw for the Prize that the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have won.
17.Everyreasonableeffortwillbemadetocontactthewinner,howeverifthewinnerisnotreachablewithin48hours,theprize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
