There will be a competition segment featured during the Program (or any replacement program broadcasted by Seven in the relevant timeslot) throughout the Competition Period, which will display information on how to enter. 3.3 In order to enter, viewers must: • Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page [Sunrise.com.au]; and • Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less, why your Dad deserves a special gift from Coles this Father’s Day?” • Confirm the name and address of their nominated Dad. • Confirm their Dad will be at the given address and, if one of the lucky winners, will be available at home on Sunday 7th September 2025, between 05:30am-9:00am. 3.4 Entries must be received by Saturday 6th September 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST). 3.5 Entrants can enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period. 3.6 The entry must be: (a) the original independent creation of the entrant; (b) written in English; and (c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties. 3.7 Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner. 5.4 The Winner’s name will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the final prize judging. The Winner will be contacted by telephone or email within two (2) business days of the publication. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a Winner not claiming the Prize by 10:00am AEDT on Saturday 29th November 2025. If required, a re-judging will take place at 10:30am AEDT on Saturday 29th November 2025 at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The alternative Winner, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their name published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of re-judging. 5.5 The Winner may be announced or called live on the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30am (AEST) to 09:00am (AEST). 5.6 The Winner nominated Dad must be available for a live door-knock on at their house on Sunday 7th September 2025 between 05:30am (AEST) to 09:00am (AEST), in order to accept the Prize. 5.7 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 5.8 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize requirements. Prize is subject to Promoter’s Terms and Conditions. 5.9 The entrant must provide a valid address for their nominated Father. If the address provided is not valid, the prize will be forfeited. 6. NO LIABILITY 6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition.
