Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are customers of SPAR, SPAR Express or
SUPERSPAR stores (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of the Promoter, SPAR retailers, advertising agencies,
production companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent,
stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother or stepsister.
2. Promoter
The promoter is SPAR Australia Limited (ABN 69 102 281 167), 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110 (“Promoter”).

3. Permits
This promotion is conducted under trade promotion permits issued by the Australian Capital Territory and New
South Wales authorities:
• Authorised under ACT Permit Number: TP 25/01752
• Authorised under NSW Permit Number: TP/04471
4. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday, 3 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on
Tuesday, 7 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
5. How to Enter
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must:
a) Purchase any three (3) Participating Products in a single transaction from a Participating SPAR, SPAR Express or
SUPERSPAR store during the Promotional Period; and
b) Submit their receipt and complete the entry form via the QR code or directly online.
before the end of the Promotional Period.
6. Participating Products and Stores
Participating products are those identified in-store at SPAR, SPAR Express, or SUPERSPAR stores and listed on the
promotional website
7. Limits on Entry
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following conditions:
a) Only one (1) entry per Qualifying Transaction;
b) Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Invalid Entries
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be
deemed invalid.

9. Daily Prize Draws

There will be two (2) x $100 SPAR vouchers drawn each business day during the Promotional Period, allocated as
follows:
• 1 x $100 voucher to a winner from NSW/ACT
• 1 x $100 voucher to a winner from QLD.

Draws will take place at 9:00am AEST each business day from 04/09/2025 to 08/10/2025 at SPAR Australia, 30 Fox
Rd, Acacia Ridge QLD 4010.

Note: No draw will take place on 06/10/2025 due to a public holiday. Four (4) vouchers (2 for NSW/ACT and 2 for
QLD) will be drawn on 07/10/2025.

Winners of the daily prize draws will be published online and announced via SPAR Australia social media channels the following day.

10. Major Prize Draws:
All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Major Prize Draws to be held at
SPAR Head Office on Thursday, 9 October 2025 at 11:00am AEST.
Prizes will be awarded in the following order:
• Two (2) x First Prize winners – $12,500 each
• Two (2) x Second Prize winners – $7,000 each
• Two (2) x Third Prize winners – $3,000 each
Winners will be drawn by region: one winner per prize tier from Queensland, and one from ACT/NSW.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and published on 16 October 2025.
11. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If any Major Prizes remain unclaimed by 29 November 2025, a redraw will take place on Monday, 1 December 2025
at the same location.
Redraw winners will be notified via email or phone and published on 2 December 2025, and in The Australian on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
12. Prize Pool
a) Cash Prizes – $45,000 total
• 2 x First Prize: $12,500 each
• 2 x Second Prize: $7,000 each
• 2 x Third Prize: $3,000 each
(Each prize tier includes one winner from QLD and one from ACT/NSW)
b) Store Vouchers – $5,000 total
• 25 x $100 Daily Prize vouchers for QLD
• 25 x $100 Daily Prize vouchers for ACT/NSW
Total Prize Pool - $50,000 total
13. Store Voucher Terms
Daily prize draws of $100 store vouchers will be only redeemable at the store of winning purchase receipt. Winners
will be notified by email and asked to provide delivery address. Vouchers will be sent by registered mail to the
nominated address.
Daily Prize vouchers are subject to the following conditions:
a) Valid for 3 years from date of issue
b) Redeemable at the store of winning purchase receipt
c) Must be used in one transaction; no change will be given
d) Not redeemable for cash, tobacco, phone cards or recharge vouchers.
Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
f) Winners must present valid photo ID in store to redeem
14. Notification of Winners
All winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry. Winner names will be published on the SPAR
website in accordance with the dates outlined in Sections 7–9.
15. Verification
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt for verification. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the
validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in
accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
16. Privacy
Entrant personal information will be collected and stored securely by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting
the competition and for future marketing purposes. No information will be disclosed to any party outside Australia.
The Promoter will manage all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy
policy available at https://www.spar.com.au/term.
17. Publicity
By entering the competition, winners agree to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional
and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to this promotion will be resolved by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The
Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
19. Force Majeure
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or disruption to the promotion due to causes
beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, technical failure).
