15 August 2025 Link Wentworth Tenant Satisfaction Survey Weekly Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions The organiser of the Tenant Satisfaction Survey Weekly Prize Draw, from here on referred to as the “Draw” (a Gratuitous Lottery) is Link Wentworth Housing Limited, Level 10, 67 Albert Street, Chatswood, NSW, 2067. Details of Prizes and Values: The Draw opens on 25 August 2025. • 5 x $100 gift card vouchers, totaling $500, will be given away on 29 August 2025. • 5 x $100 gift card vouchers, totalling $500, will be given away on 5 September 2025. • 5 x $100 gift card vouchers, totalling $500, will be given away on 12 September 2025. • 1 x $500 gift card voucher, will be given away on 12 September 2025 • 5 x $100 gift card vouchers, totalling $500, will be given away on 19 September 2025. • 5 x $100 gift card vouchers, totalling $500, will be given away on 26 September 2025. • 1 x $1,000 gift card voucher will be given away on 26 September 2025 • An additional $1,000 of smaller value gift card vouchers will be raffled at Community Engagement events across September. Total maximum prize pool valued at up to $5,000.00. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Eligibility and Entry Restrictions: Link Wentworth tenants complete and return the Tenant Satisfaction Survey to the Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA) NSW by the day prior to each draw. Eligible tenants are reminded that the sooner they complete the Survey the more chances they have to win. The winner will be selected at random by a CHIA staff member. Methods of Entry: Entry into the Draw is free of charge. Anyone that submits a Tenant Satisfaction Survey before each draw will be automatically entered into the draw when they complete and return their survey. Tenants submitting paper surveys will be entered into the draw once the survey is received and processed by CHIA NSW. Winners of the $100 gift cards will be taken out of further $100 weekly prize draws but will be eligible for the $500 and $1,000 draws. Tenants can opt not to be entered into the draw by emailing enquiries@linkwentworth.org.au. Date, Time, Place of Draw: Draws will be conducted at Community Housing Industry 2 Australia (CHIA) NSW offices on the dates stated above. Winners will be notified in writing and/or by telephone by Link Wentworth’s Tenancy Services team. Winner Announcement: Winners have one week to claim the prize. Names of the winners will not be published but a record kept for access in the event that the winners’ names are required for compliance or legal reasons. Redraw for Unclaimed Prizes: Winners have one week to claim the prize. All unclaimed prizes will be entered into the unclaimed prize redraw. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn from all entries received across the Prize Draw. Prizes that are unclaimed will be redrawn at CHIA’s office, NSW. Winners will then be contacted in writing and by telephone. Winners from the unclaimed prize redraw will have one week to claim their prize. Names of redraw winners will not be published but a record will be kept for access in the event that the winners’ names are required for compliance or legal reasons. Other Terms and Conditions: Open to those aged 18+ years of age. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, Link Wentworth reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this lottery subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies. Link Wentworth accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent advice should be sought. Printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
