The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants completely release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability relating to the Promotion.

The Promoter is in no way liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply of goods by any person to the prize winner. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or entries not received by the Promoter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise.

Promotional Period: The Promotion starts at 12:00 pm AEST on Monday, August 11, 2025, and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Eligibility: Entry is open to current permanent residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over at the time the Promotion starts. ACT residents are not eligible to enter.

Entry Mechanism: To enter, participants must complete the giveaway entry form at https://www.komuneresorts.com/luxurybaliescapegiveaway

Entrants must also be following @komunebali on Instagram and tag at least one (1) person on the giveaway post comments. One person per comment, each tag/comment is one (1) extra entry.

Prize Details:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive:

    7-night stay for two at Hotel Komune in a Beachfront Pool Suite, valued at AUD $3,500.
    AUD $500 WebJet voucher (Flights not included, the $500 Webjet voucher can be used towards flights, Winner is to cover any extra costs incurred)
    Additional experiences valued at AUD $500, including:
        Daily breakfast for two
        Two airport transfers (round trip)
        Daily access to the recovery centre for two
        Daily fitness, reformer pilates and yoga class for two
        Two 50-minute Balinese massages

Winner Selection & Notification:

The winners will be selected at random by the Promoter and notified via email within three (3) business days of the giveaway closing.
Prize Conditions:

Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any prize component that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond its control. Any taxes or liabilities associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner must make contact with Hotel Komune within fourteen (14) days of being selected and notified showing the winning confirmation email as proof to claim their prize.

If any prize is unclaimed within fourteen (14) days, the winner's entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another randomly selected entrant.

The Prize is valid only for stay between December 2025 and March 2026. Stay must be completed by March 31, 2026. Subject to room availability. Excludes blackout dates of 20th to 31st December 2025 and 1st to 5th January 2026.

Winner must book directly by emailing reservations.bali@komuneresorts.com and include their winner confirmation email as proof.

Winner may extend their stay at a 20% discount off the rack rate, subject to availability.

The Promoter is not responsible for any travel arrangements, or disruptions, delays, or cancellations, including but not limited to flights, transfers, weather, government restrictions, visa issues, environmental or natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond their control. No compensation or alternative arrangements will be provided in any such cases.

All other expenses incurred by the Winner and/or their guest(s) in connection with the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. This includes but is not limited to flights, travel insurance, transport to and from the resort, meals, incidentals, passports, visas, taxes, and any additional accommodation incurred outside of the Prize.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using any Prize, and for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). It is the individuals responsibility to consider appropriate insurances and schemes to cover any such loss that may occur by accepting or using the Prize. The Promoter will not be liable, consult, recommend or cover any insurance needed in acceptance of the Prize.
