TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), Crown Melbourne Limited (“Prize Supplier”) and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 Winners must be able to participate in the prize as stipulated in clause 4.1, to be deemed a valid Winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 8th September 2025 at 05:30am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 11th September 2025 at 3.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
a) Head to the designated competition page on The Morning Show website and register their full name, address (including postcode), date of birth, a valid email address and telephone number and;
b) Submit an answer to the competition question in 25 words or less, “Tell us in 25 words or less, why you want to win the Ultimate Brownlow Experience at Crown Melbourne?”
c) Confirm that, if they are selected as the Winner, they will be able travel to Melbourne at their own expense from Sunday 21st September to Tuesday 23rd September 2025.
3.3 Entries must be received by Thursday 11th September 2025 at 3:00pm (AEST).
3.4 Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 Entrants must not be prohibited from any Crown Entertainment Complex or any Crown property, including Melbourne, Perth or Sydney for any reason. If a Winner or any of their chosen companions is found to be prohibited from an aforementioned venue, their Prize will be deemed invalid and a valid Winner will be drawn.
3.6 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.7 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES
There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the competition period who will receive the following prize:

The Ultimate Brownlow Experience for the Winner and 3 guests at Crown Melbourne from Sunday 21st September to Tuesday 23rd September 2025 only. Prize includes:
• 2 x night's accommodation in 2 x Deluxe Twin rooms at Crown Towers Melbourne. Includes welcome amenities and breakfast at Conservatory for the Winner and 3 guests;
• Valet parking for duration of Prize (if required);
• $600 dining tab for the Winner and 3 guests at Marmont Crown Melbourne for dinner at 6:30pm on Sunday, 21 September 2025;
• 4 x Brownlow red carpet grandstand passes, to view the Brownlow red carpet arrivals on Monday, 22 September 2025;
• 1 x meet and greet with an AFL footballer for the Winner and 3 guests at Crown Towers Melbourne on 22 September 2025;
• 2 x transfers from Melbourne Airport to Crown Towers Melbourne and from Crown Towers Melbourne to Melbourne Airport on 21 and 23 September 2025 respectively (if required).Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative prize, including cash.
This prize has no official resale value and may not be authentic if purchased from a third party. Prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes without the written consent of The Seven Network.
In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.6 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winning.
4.7 Winners should seek advice on obtaining any valid insurance that may be required in relation to the Prize.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner(s) (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

4.10 The Prize (and all components) are only redeemable between Sunday, 21st September 2025 to Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 on the dates stipulated above. If the Winner is unable to redeem the Prize on these dates for the full duration of the Prize, they will forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
4.11 The Winner must be 18+. The Winner and 3 companions must not be excluded or prohibited from Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth or Crown Sydney (including the casinos) for any reason.
4.12 The accommodation component of the Prize is subject to the following conditions, check-in from 3pm on Sunday, 21 September 2025 and check-out by 11am on Tuesday, 23 September 2025. Any change in room type is at the discretion of the Prize Supplier or Promoter. All incidental charges to the hotel room (such as mini-bar, room service, Crown Spa etc.) shall be payable by the Winner and/or their companions upon check-out. The Winner and/or companions may be required to present their credit card at the venue for any incidental damages.
4.13 Flights are not included in this Prize. The Winner and their companions are responsible for their own travel to and from Melbourne.
4.14 If required, return vehicle transfers will be provided from Melbourne Airport to Crown Towers Melbourne. This must be confirmed in advance with the Prize Supplier. The Winner will incur the cost for any additional charges incurred due to last minute changes.
4.15 Any additional costs incurred when dining at Marmont Crown Melbourne that exceeds the value of the voucher must be paid by the Winner and/or their companions.
4.16 Brownlow red carpet grandstand passes are only valid for Monday, 22nd September 2025 and will be deemed invalid if copied. The Prize Supplier does not control entry to the Brownlow red carpet grandstand. The Winner is responsible for the safe keeping of their passes. Invalid or lost passes will not be replaced or exchanged for cash or other value.
4.17 The meet and greet with an AFL footballer is subject to availability and may be filmed for the Prize Supplier’s social media content purposes.
4.18 The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers.
4.19 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
4.20 The Winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation that they require.
4.21 The Winner and their companions are responsible for all unspecified costs relating to the Prizes, including insurance, additional taxes, in-room and minibar charges, meals and transport, including flights, are not included as part of the Prize.
4.22 The Promoter and Prize Supplier are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.23 The Promoter, the Prize Supplier and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
5.2 One (1) Prize Winner will be judged from all valid entries received (online) at the conclusion of the competition. Judging will commence at 3.30pm (AEST) on Thursday, 11th September 2025 at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
5.3 The entrant who is deemed the worthiest and submitted the most genuine entry as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter will be awarded as the Prize Winner.
5.4 The Winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) buisness days of the prize judging. All winners will be published on www.sunrise.com.au within two (2) business days.
5.5 The winner may be announced during broadcast of The Morning Show on Seven Network, on Friday, 12th September 2025.
5.6 If required, an unclaimed prize judging will be held on Wednesday, 17 September at 15.30 (AEST) at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) working days of the unclaimed prize judging. The new winner will be published on www.sunrise.com.au from Friday, 19th September 2025.
5.7 The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.8 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.9 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize requirements. Prizes are subject to the Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions.
5.10 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in their absolute discretion.
5.11 Entrants must not be prohibited from any Crown Entertainment Complex or any Crown property, including Melbourne, Perth or Sydney for any reason. If a Winner or any of their chosen companions is found to be prohibited from an aforementioned venue, their Prize will be deemed invalid and a valid Winner will be drawn.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
