The Promotion comprises two (2) separate Entry periods corresponding to two (2) prize draws: • Minor Draw Entry Period: Commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 26 September 2025 • Major Draw Entry Period: Commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2025 20. The Entry mechanism is the same for both the Minor Draw (as defined below) and Major Draw (as defined below). All valid Entries received during the Minor Prize Entry Period will be automatically included in both the Minor Draw and the Major Draw. 21. Eligible Entrants, including any winners of the Minor Draw, will be automatically eligible for an Entry into the Major Draw, provided they meet all other eligibility criteria. 22. Eligible Entrants who are new or existing cardholders of the Australia Post 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' card will receive twice the standard number of Entries for each Qualifying Transaction of AU$1,000 or more in a supported foreign currency during the Promotional Period ("Bonus Entries"). Loads made in Australian Dollars (AUD) are not eligible for Bonus Entries. For example, Eligible Entrants will receive twenty (20) Entries for each qualifying load or reload of the equivalent of AU$1,000 in a supported foreign currency completed in a single transaction and forty (40) Entries for each qualifying load or reload of the equivalent of AU$2,000 in a supported foreign currency. 26. Where an Entrant returns or has a gift card product refunded that constitutes a Qualifying Transaction for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Entrant will have their Entry invalidated, subject to the Non-Excludable Guarantees. 27. If a receipt is not automatically provided to an Entrant at the time of making a Qualifying Transaction, it is the Entrant's responsibility to request one. For each Qualifying Transaction, an Eligible Entrant must complete the Registration Requirements to gain an entry into the relevant Minor Draw and Major Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant carries out two (2) Qualifying Transactions, the Eligible Entrant must fulfil the Registration Requirements two (2) times in order to gain all eligible Entries into the relevant Minor Draw and Major Draw for all Qualifying Transactions. 28. For a valid Entry into the relevant Minor Draw and Major Draw, Eligible Entrants who have carried out a Qualifying Transaction must either follow the link within the promotional eDM sent to them, scan the QR code on in-store promotional material or visit www.priceless.com/kangaroo and register by inputting the requested details, including their full name, valid email, contact number and the corresponding "Proof Of Purchase" (as defined below) details when prompted, and submit the fully completed online Entry form within the Promotional Period ("Registration Requirements"). 29. While completing the Registration Requirements, Eligible Entrants may select a Minor Prize experience (as defined below) located in a State or Territory of their choice from the available options. If an Eligible Entrant selects a Minor Prize (as defined below) located in a State or Territory outside of their place of residence, they will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any travel or transportation required to attend or participate in the Minor Prize (as defined below). 30. Proof Of Purchase details can be any of the following: • WCC Code & Receipt Number (for card(s) purchased instore); • Tax Invoice Number (for physical gift card(s) purchased online); or • Reference Number (if 'Everyday Mastercard' or 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' is reloaded online or via the app). 31. Entrants are eligible for multiple Entries, however, to qualify as separate Entries, each separate Qualifying Transaction must be registered separately and in accordance with Registration Requirements. 32. Entrants must retain their proof of purchase for all Entries. Failure to produce the Proof Of Purchase for all Entries when requested may, in the discretion of the Promoter acting reasonably, result in invalidation of ALL of an Entrant's Entries and forfeiture of any right to a Prize. The Entrant's Proof Of Purchase must clearly specify the purchase details, the Australia Post store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to Entry. 33. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegal Entries from Eligible Entrants may be deemed invalid. Prizes and Prize Redemption 34. Only one (1) Minor Prize is permitted per winner during the Promotional Period, irrespective of number of Entries. 35. Entries will be divided into the following eight (8) groups according to the State/Territory selected by the Entrant at the time of completing the Registration Requirements: ACT, NSW, WA, SA, TAS, QLD, NT and VIC (each a "Group"). 36. There will be one (1) minor draw conducted for each Group during the Promotional Period, for a total of eight (8) minor draws (each a "Minor Draw"). There will also be one (1) major draw conducted for all Entries received during the Promotional Period ("Major Draw"). Entries into the Minor Draws and Major Draw open and close on the dates/times indicated in Table A below. All draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal ("Drawer"), Level 3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 11:00am AEST/AEDT on the dates indicated in Table A below, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. All entries from each Minor Draw (including all winning and non-winning Entries) will be entered into the Major Draw. 37. The Drawer may draw additional reserve Entries and record them in order, in case an invalid Entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn. 38. Minor Draw winners and the Major Draw winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at www.priceless.com/kangaroo on the dates specified in Table A below. A minimum of three (3) attempts will be made to contact the Minor Draw winners and the Major Draw winner. The Minor Draw winners and the Major Draw winner will be deemed provisional winners, until verified. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a winner, then the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected at random via the unclaimed Prize draw. If a winner is deemed invalid or ineligible, the Promoter will revert to a reserve Entry drawn. 40. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 41. The first thirty (30) valid Entries drawn from each Minor Draw will win one (1) ticket for four (4) people to attend a private screening of the Kangaroo movie, scheduled to take place on 18/10/25 at a cinema located in the State/Territory of the winner's choice valued at AU$260 each ("Minor Prize"). The Minor Prize includes a Kangaroo movie merchandise pack as well as food and beverages at the relevant cinema. For the avoidance of doubt, travel to and from the cinema is not included in the Minor Prize and all travel costs will be the winner's responsibility. 43. The Kangaroo movie tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize. 44. The first valid entry drawn from the Major Draw will win a travel prize package for four (4) people, valued at up to AU$15,000 ("Major Prize"). Total Prize pool value is up to AU$77,400. 46. Participation in the Kangaroo Sanctuary experience is only available to individuals aged seven (7) years and over at the time of the visit. Individuals under the age of seven (7) are not permitted to attend or participate in this component of the Major Prize. 47. The Kangaroo Sanctuary experience is available from Wednesday to Friday only and tours are not available from 18 August 2025 to 26 August 2025, the full month of September 2025, December 2025, January 2026 and February 2026 ("Available Sanctuary Timeframe") 48. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that all participants meet the age requirements and comply with any additional terms and conditions that apply to the Kangaroo Sanctuary element of the Major Prize. If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, redeem the Kangaroo Sanctuary experience within the Available Sanctuary Timeframe, the Kangaroo Sanctuary experience will be deemed forfeited. No replacement, alternative prize, or monetary compensation will be provided in lieu of the forfeited element of the Major Prize. 49. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), additional transfers, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. 50. Prize must be taken within twelve (12) months of the Major Draw and is subject to booking and flight availability. The following "Blackout Periods" apply: Australian Public Holidays • 15 December 2025 – 2 February 2026 • 3 April 2026 – 17 April 2026 • 27 June 2026 – 17 July 2026 • 19 September 2026 – 12 October 2026 Blackout Periods are subject to change at any time based on Prize availability, operational requirements, or other factors beyond the control of the Promoter. The winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have all requisite travel documentation. The winner and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Each winner attending with up to three (3) companions must have a minimum of one (1) adult 18 years or older. 52. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card. 53. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a Prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 54. Subject to the unclaimed Prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/ redeem a Prize (or an element of the Prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited. 55. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the winners and/or companion(s) not taking advantage of the Prize due to health or any other reason. 56. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 57. If the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter's ability to conduct the Promotion as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, subject to State or Territory regulations. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, pandemic, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 59. Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 60. A draw for any unclaimed Minor Prizes will take place on 13 October 2025 at the same time and place as the original Minor Draw, and a draw for the Major Prize, if unclaimed, will take place on 8 December 2025 at the same time and place as the original Major Draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Minor Prize winners and Major Prize winners, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing by email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw and the Minor Prize winner's details (first initial, postcode and surname) will be published online at www.priceless.com/kangaroo on 15 October 2025 and the Major Prize winner's details (first initial, postcode and surname) will be published online at www.priceless.com/kangaroo on 10 December 2025. 61. Limitation of Liability. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion. 62. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; (f) if the private screening of the Kangaroo movie is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, or (g) taking/use of a Prize. 63. The Promoter will process personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. The Promoter will process personal information as set out in its Priceless Global Privacy Notice, which can be viewed at https://www.priceless.com/privacy/en_AU. If a winner provides personal information about their companions to the Promoter, the winner confirms that such companions have been notified of and have agreed that their personal information will be processed as set out in the Promoter's Priceless Global Privacy Notice. 64. These Terms and Conditions may be changed, varied, modified and/or deleted by Mastercard in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and from time to time without any prior notice to any person and by participating in the Promotion each Entrant irrevocably and unconditionally accepts any such changes, variations, modifications and deletions, subject to approval from relevant regulatory authority. 66. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws and courts of the relevant jurisdiction. 67. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions becomes or is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under applicable law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and Mastercard shall be entitled to replace such severed provisions with such other provisions as it may deem fit. 68. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these Terms and Conditions and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail.
