Major Promotion –WIN A CAMPER TRAILER

Terms and Conditions of Entry

    Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
    The promotion ‘WIN A CAMPER TRAILER” will be known as the Major Promotion.
    Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
    Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
    Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
    Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
    The Major Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 25th August 2025 until 5pm on Sunday 26th   October 2025
    The winners selected must be present at the prize draw location within three (3) minutes to be determined a winner of the prize on offer. Verification of their membership card is required, and if the winner is not present within three (3) minutes a redraw of that prize will occur unless they have their name on the register (see point 10).
    Winners will be notified in person, however Members who participate in activities within the club for example bingo, must place their name on the register to be eligible to participate in the draws. Those that win will be notified once their activity is over and their prize will be kept to the side for them.
    Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
    Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one (1) entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.

    Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine.
    Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2 and ½ hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
    There will be 7 Minor Draw days, 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th of September and 5th, 12th, & 19th of October 2025.
    Major draw date 26th of October
    Each draw day there will be 10 winners which wil be drawn every from 12-5pm, 2 winners every hour
    Members will automatically go into the draw for the final draw date.
    On October 26th there will be an additional 30 winners drawn from 12-5pm
    All members who have earned entries in the months of September& October must be present for the camper trailer draw on the 26th of October
    The final draw will be at 5:15 for the camper trailer winner through a virtual barrel.
    Members can win multiple prizes on each draw date day.
    Entries to camper trailer are non-transferable regardless if the member can make the camper trailer Major draw day or not. It is the responsibility of the winner to register for the warranty, with purchase information given to the winner at the time of winning for the warranty. Once the camper trailer has been won, it is up to the winner to decide what they would like to do with it.

Any substitutions and discussions about cash replacements must be with Jayco Tingalpa and not the Redlands Sporting Club Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
    Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
    The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
    If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
    If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
    Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
    No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
    By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
