Help your club share in $47,500 simply by shopping at The Pines Elanora.

HOW IT WORKS

When you shop at The Pines Elanora during the campaign period, you’ll earn points that can be attributed to a local surf life saving club of your choice.

At the end of the promotion, $47,500 will be shared amongst participating clubs based on the total points they earn*. It’s our way of giving back to the local heroes who keep our beaches safe.

Shop at The Pines Elanora – visit any participating retailer during the campaign period.

Scan your Receipt or Register Your Shop – using our in-centre kiosks or campaign webpage.

Select your Surf Club – Choose the club you wish to support and your points will go straight to them.

Every shop counts – the more you shop, the more your club can earn!

We will also have fun activities along the way for you to earn bonus points for your club.

Eligible entrants Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.
Management, employees, retailers, tenants, and their immediate families associated with this Promotion are legible to enter the Customer Competition. Staff and Retailers of The Pines Elenora are legible to donate to the Points for your Club but must not present receipts from their own store.

The registered clubs will be judged by the most points allocated during the Promotion Period against per member enrolled at the club.
 
Customer Competition: $200 The Pines Elanora Gift Card
Total number of prizes Club Competition:
One Prize for each place drawn at the conclusion of the campaign.
Customer Competition: Six (six) one winner drawn every week of the campaign.
Total prize value $48,700.00
Method of entry Club Competition: Shoppers register via the promotional website and can donate receipts during the promotional period to support their local sporting club.
 
Customer Competition: All campaign members automatically go into the draw to the Customer Competition
 
Receipts must be from a participating retailer at The Pines Elenora
Receipts must be dated within the Promotion Period to be valid.
Receipts will be validated within 48 hours of submission and added to the tally.
The more receipts you submit the better your chances of winning the shopper prize.

Soliciting for receipts from customers within the Centre and surrounding areas is prohibited.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits a receipt that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
Receipts from bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, ATM or bank transactions, bank fees and charges, service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills), cash advances/withdrawals, account charges, government fees and interest charges are not accepted as part of the Promotion.
Receipts from purchases over $5,000, transaction receipts, medical service expenses, gift voucher purchases, lottery transactions, business purchases over $5,000 and lay-by payments are not accepted as part of the Promotion.
Receipts from tobacco, prescriptions, currency and TAB will not be accepted as part of the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to make a copy of or mark any receipts used by an entrant to enter this Promotion.

Prize draw Club Competition
The final ranking of each club will be determined by the club’s overall participation in the Promotion (the total number of points allocated will be divided by the number of members enrolled at the club to establish a participation percentage). In the event that two or more clubs have earned the same amount of total points per member, the prize pool will be added together and divided between those clubs.

Notification of winners Winners of both the Club Competition and Customer Competition will be notified via phone and Email no later than 2 business days after the final day of the promotional period.
