Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Slick Hair Company Pty Ltd (ABN 76 646 127 835)

2. Eligibility

    Entry is open to residents of VIC, NSW, NT, WA, QLD Australia, United States and United Kingdom - aged 18 years or older.
    The competition is not open to residents of SA Australia.
    The guest of the winner can be of any age, provided the winner is their parent or legal guardian.
    Employees of Slick Hair Company Pty Ltd, its agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
The competition opens on 10th of September 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 2nd October . Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

    Complete the online entry form found on the SLICKHAIR Competition Page and fill in all required fields.
    Share the post to Instagram Stories for one bonus entry.
    No purchase is necessary to enter.

    Prize Details
    One (1) winner will receive:

    Return economy flights for two (2) from Australia, United States or United Kingdom to Dubai, UAE
    Four (4) nights’ accommodation in a 3-4 star hotel
    AUD $2,500 spending money
    Entry to SEPHORiA, Dubai for the winner and their guest (November 22nd & 23rd)

    Prize Conditions

    Travel dates are fixed: departing Australia or United States on 18 November 2025 or from United Kingdom on 19 November 2025 and returning from Dubai on 23 November 2025.
    Travel dates cannot be changed.
    If the winner wishes to extend their stay, they may do so at their own expense. Extensions or flight changes will be charged at market rates.
    Both the winner and their guest must hold valid passports with at least 6 months validity from the return date (23 November 2025).
    The guest must be accompanied by the winner for the entire trip.
    Entry to SEPHORiA Dubai is only permitted for individuals aged 16 and over. Guests under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry to the event.
    The AUD $2,500 spending money must cover:
    • Comprehensive travel insurance for both travellers (required)
    • Ground transportation, including airport transfers and daily transport
    • All meals, drinks, and incidental expenses and hotel room bond on check in.
    Proof of valid travel insurance for both the winner and guest must be provided to Slick Hair Company Pty Ltd prior to departure. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in forfeiture of the prize.
    Slick Hair Company Pty Ltd is not responsible for any travel interruptions, flight delays or cancellations, illnesses, missed flights, loss or theft of personal belongings, or any other incidents.
    The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable.
    Please ensure you are able to take appropriate work leave before entering the giveaway to ensure you are able to attend the trip.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

    The winner will be selected via a Random Draws conducted by Slick Hair Company Pty Ltd on 3rd October 2025.
    The winner will be announced on @slickhairco Instagram Stories and contacted via direct message and/or phone call.
    The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If unclaimed, a redraw will occur.

6. General Conditions

    Slick Hair Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and may disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or breaching these terms.
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Sephora.
    By entering, entrants release Instagram from all liability.
    Slick Hair Company Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner outside the prize outlined, including but not limited to travel extensions, extra baggage fees, visa costs, or upgrades.
