3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18+

Employees of Pergolux and their immediate

family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

During the promotional period, entrants must:

5. Winner Selection

Winner chosen at random via an electronic draw

system on 25/09/2025.

Winner may be required to provide proof of identity,

age, and residency.

Pergolux’s decision is final.

6. Prize Details

Prize: 2 Gold Tickets to the 2025 NRL Telstra

Premiership Grand Final at Accor Stadium, Sydney.

Event Date: 05/10/2025

Prize Value: AUD $790

Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are the

winner’s responsibility.

Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or

redeemable for cash.

Tickets are subject to the event organiser’s terms,

including age restrictions.

7. Winner Notification

Winner contacted via Instagram DM within

3 days of the draw.

Also announced publicly on @pergolux.au

on Instagram.

If the winner does not respond within 3 days,

Pergolux may redraw or withdraw the prize.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

As the prize relates to a fixed-date event,

if the original winner does not claim the tickets within 7

days of notification, Pergolux may conduct a redraw

prior to the event date.

If the tickets remain unclaimed after the event date,

the prize will be forfeited and no compensation provided.

9. General Terms

By entering, entrants agree to these

Terms & Conditions.

By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing

communications from Pergolux. Entrants may

unsubscribe at any time.

No entry fee is charged.
