Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Kent Street Cellars, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

By entering, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in Australia.

2. Promotion Period
The giveaway commences on 18th August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 18th September 2025.

Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at giveaway.kentstreetcellars.com.au.

Additional entries may be earned by answering optional discovery questions on the entry form and by completing other eligible actions as outlined.

Only one (1) primary entry per person is permitted. Additional entries are subject to verification.

4. Prize Details
The prize is:

    One (1) 1.5L Champagne Cristal Magnum, and

    Six (6) branded Lehmann Grand Champagne flutes.

The total prize pool is valued at $1,600.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Kent Street Cellars reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random on 20th September 2025.

The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Kent Street Cellars reserves the right to redraw.

6. Delivery of Prize
Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address.

Delivery may require age verification upon receipt. If proof of age cannot be provided, the prize will be forfeited.

7. General Conditions
Kent Street Cellars promotes the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
