Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter & Contact

Promoter: STAX. (Australian-registered entity) in association with SECONDLEFT.

2. Eligibility

    Open only to Australian residents aged 18 or over at time of entry.
    Directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors of the Promoter (and their immediate family or household members) are ineligible.

3. Promotion Period

    Commences at 00:00 AEST on 7 August 2025 and ends at 09:00 AEDT on 19 December 2025, in accordance with local time zones.

4. How to Enter

    Entry is via the online form at [https://stax.com.au/pages/headphones-giveaway-25], limited to one entry per person.
    Automated, multiple or duplicate entries via same device/email/IP or scripts will be invalid.

5. Game Type & Permits

    This is a game of chance: winners are selected at random.

6. Prize

    One (1) prize: Luxury headphones (STAX‑selected), valued up to AUD $899, non-transferable, no cash alternative.
    If unavailable, Promoter may substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection

    Winner will be chosen randomly using a verified electronic draw process shortly after the promotional period ends.

8. Notification & Publication

    Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 5 business days of the draw.
    If unclaimed within 14 days, prize is forfeited; a redraw may occur promptly.

9. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

    Entries obtained by fraudulent or deceptive means—scripts, duplicates, manipulation—are disqualified.
    Promoter reserves the right to remove or refuse entries without prior notice.

10. Cancellation, Amendment & Force Majeure

    Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, regulatory requirements or natural disasters).
    Any changes will be communicated clearly, and entrants will not be disadvantaged.

11. Liability & Limitations

    Promoter bears no liability for technical failures, delays, loss or unforeseen third-party actions.
    Liability is limited to the prize value, except in cases of negligence or statutory consumer rights under ACL.

12. Privacy & Data Use

    Personal data collected is used to administer the promotion, with optional use for marketing only if consent is given.

13. Consumer Law Compliance

    All promotional materials and Terms & Conditions comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)—no misleading claims, clear prize value, accurate draw mechanics, and promises honoured.

14. Advertising & Visibility of Terms

    Competition promotions (online, social media, print) will clearly include key details: entry method, eligibility (AU residents 18+), closing date, prize description/value, entry limit, and link to full Terms & Conditions.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
